5.2.2.6. (R)-3a (R)-(–)-N-[(1-metil)-bentzil]-(2-metil)-p-anisidinaren <strong>sintesi</strong>a.<br />

MeLi-a (0.96 M-ko disoluzio baten 1.5 mL, 1.39 mmol), dietil eter lehorretan<br />

(13 mL) dagoen (–)-esparteinaren (0.4 mL, 1.65 mmol) disoluzioari gehitu zitzaion –78<br />

o C-tan, irabiaketa 30 minutuz mantendu zelarik. Jarraian dietil eter lehorretan (13 mL)<br />

disolbaturiko N-bentziliden-2-metil-p-anisidina (143 mg, 0.34 mmol) gehitu zen –78<br />

o C-tan. Erreakzio-nahastea –85 o C-tan 3 orduz irabiatu ondoren, ura gehitu zen eta fase<br />

organikoa NaCl-ko disoluzio aseaz (3 × 10 mL) garbitu zen. Disoluzio organiko batuak<br />

Na2SO4 anhidroz lehortu, iragazi eta disolbatzailea hutsean kontzentratu zen.<br />

Flash zutabe-kromatografiaren bidez purifikatu ondoren (silize-gela,<br />

hexano/AcOEt %30) 3a N-[(1-metil)-bentzil]-(2-metoxi)-p-anisidina (165 mg, 0.68<br />

mmol) n-pentanotan kristaltzen den solido zuri bezala lortu zen.<br />
