Il Gourmet Ricca colazione a buffet dalle 07.30 alle 10.00 con vari tipi di pane, dolci
e crostate, marmellate, affettati e formaggi locali, yogurt, uova, frutta fresca, succhi
e tanto ancora. • Deliziosa merenda a buffet dalle 14.00 alle 17.30 con stuzzichini
salati, pizza, formaggi, pasticcini, frutta fresca e dolci fatti in casa. • La sera menu
Gourmet, per chi ama una cucina sofisticata, il menu tipico Trentino, per chi ama
la tradizione locale, il Menu Wellness, con alimenti leggeri e salutari, il Menu Baby,

Riduzioni:
• Camera e colazione: per il pernotto comprensivo di prima colazione verranno detratti
Euro 15,00 dal prezzo della ¾ Alpine Gourmet All Inclusive.
• Natale e Capodanno: nessun supplemento per il Cenone di Natale e di Capodanno
con musica e animazione.
Supplementi:
• Pensione completa: sarà possibile prenotare la pensione completa con un supplemento
giornaliero di Euro 18,00 per gli adulti e di Euro 14,00 per i bambini (fino a 11 anni).
• Camera doppia ad uso singola: supplemento del 40% per le camere doppie ad uso
singola con sistemazione in Classic Room Merisana.
• Servizio in camera: è possibile richiedere il servizio in camera con un supplemento di
Euro 5,00 a persona.
• Garage: servizio garage Euro 5,00 per notte (gratuito soltanto per le Suite). Parcheggio
esterno gratuito.
Pagamenti:
• Qualsiasi extra effettuato durante il soggiorno verrà addebitato sulla stanza. Alla partenza
il saldo potrà essere effettuato in contanti, assegno bancario, bancomat o carta
di credito (Visa e Master Card).
Arrivi e partenze:
• Arrivi e partenze: il giorno d’arrivo le camere saranno disponibili a partire dalle ore
14.00. Per arrivi dopo le 18.00 è gradita una Vostra comunicazione. Le camere andranno
liberate entro le ore 10.00 del giorno della partenza. Per le camere che non
saranno rioccupate il giorno della Vostra partenza, potrete richiedere il DAY USE, che
Vi consentirà, con un piccolo supplemento di Euro 25,00 per persona, di poter sfruttare
anche l’ultimo giorno della Vostra vacanza: inclusi nel prezzo merenda a buffet e
libero accesso al centro benessere.
Disdette:
• Disdetta di prenotazione: la prenotazione si intende valida dal momento in cui Vi è pervenuta
la conferma scritta da parta nostra. La caparra verrà trattenuta solamente se la
disdetta avverrà a meno di 1 settimana dalla data di arrivo prevista; nel caso contrario
l'importo della caparra potrà essere scalato sul costo di una vacanza successiva da effettuarsi
entro 120 giorni dalla data di disdetta. In caso di arrivo posticipato o partenza
anticipata verrà addebitato l’importo dei giorni prenotati e non usufruiti

with various type of bread, pie and cake, marmalade, preserved meats and local
cheese, yogurts, eggs, fruits, juice and more. • Afternoon buffet from 14.00 to 17.30
with home made cakes, salt snacks, cheeses and fruits. • For dinner you can choose
between the Gourmet menu, for the one who loves the sophisticated cousine, the
typical Trentino menu, for the one who loves the local tradition, the Wellness menu,
with light and healthy dishes, the Baby menu, thought for our younger guests. Big
buffet of salads, vegetables, cheeses and desserts. • Self-service drinks included
during all the meals: water and soft drinks. • Gastronomic theme evenings. • Individually

Reductions:
• Bed & Breakfast: reduction of Euro 15,00 on the price valid for the Alpine Gourmet
pension.
• Christmas and New Year’s Eve: no extra fee for Christmas Eve Dinner and/or New
Year’s Eve Dinner with music and animation.
Supplements:
•Full board supplement: you can book full board treatment with a daily supplement of
Euro 18,00 per adult and Euro 14,00 per child (younger than 11 years old).
• Double room as single occupancy: supplement of 40% on Classic Room Merisana
price.
• Room service: it is possible to ask for the room service with an extra fee of Euro 5,00
per person.
• Garage: Euro 5,00 per day (free for the Suite and the Family Suite).
Outdoor parking for free.
Payment:
• Any extra during your stay will be put on your room bill. On departure day you can pay
by cash, bank cheques or credit card (Visa and Master Card).
Arrival and departure:
• Check-in time from 2.00 pm till 6.00 pm. If you arrive later, please inform us. On
departure day the check-out time is within 10.00 am. If your room is not booked on
the departure day you can use it along with our wellness centre till afternoon, paying
Euro 25,00 per person (day use).
Cancellation conditions:
• The reservation is considered valid as soon as you receive our written confirmation.
The deposit is lost in case of cancellation until a week before the arrival date. For
previous cancellation the amount of the deposit can be recovered on a following
booking within 120 days from the date of the cancellation.In case of late arrival and
early departure we charge the full amount of the reservation.
