nisti interessati a proporsi come consulenti; fornitori;
agenzie per il lavoro in cerca di potenziali clienti;
familiari dei dipendenti; semplici cittadini. Abbiamo
risultato ottenuto». •
sons and interests: “Among the visitors – Rebustini
continues – we saw a lot of university students looking
for possible work openings for after their studies;
professionals interesting in offering consultancy;
suppliers; job agencies looking for potential clients;
employee families and simple members of the public.
Then we invited, and were pleased to welcome,
local institutions, as well as Confindustria officers
and trade union representatives on a provincial and
regional level. A fine showcase of all of our main
stakeholders”.
However the initiative was not just a chance to gain
visibility among external stakeholders, but also an
important occasion for team building and employer
branding. “An event of this kind has been possible
thanks exclusively to the willingness and dedication
of all our staff which volunteered to do their best to
look after the event. The path we have taken over the
years has been gradual, but little by little we have
gained confidence with this kind of initiative and employee
involvement has increased more and more.
After all, a visit to a working foundry cannot be impromptu:
we have had to meticulously prepare the
different moments of the day, decide what aspects
of the production process to focus on, prepare presentations,
help our staff to tell visitors about them,
and also set up a special space for children, so that
families can take part. A great challenge, for sure,
but I can say – concludes Rebustini – that the efforts
and time required to prepare it have been more
than rewarded by the fine result achieved”. •
