tipico del territorio di Norcia e della valle del Nera
Un amaro originale dal sapore intenso,
con una gradazione di 28°
All’olfatto si percepisce un gradevole profumo
di tartufo, al gusto, il primo sentore è quello
delle erbe e solo alla fine si avverte un leggero
retrogusto di tartufo, non invadente,
delicato e gradevole
The bitter made whit Norcia’s black truffle, born from
the combination of aromatic tones of herbs with the
intense and unmistakable of black truffle, typical of the
territory of Norcia and Nera’s river valley.
An original bitter with an intense flavor
with a gradation of 28°.
On the nose you can perceive a pleasant fragrance
of truffle, when we drink it, to first we can perceive the
herbs and only at the end there is a slight aftertaste
of truffle, unobtrusive, delicate and pleasant.
