Dal 1° al 4 aprile 2019, presso il Shanghai New
International Expo Center di Shanghai, si è tenuta
“HOTELEX”, una fiera totalmente dedicata al settore
alberghiero e ristorativo che viene riproposta nel corso
dell’anno anche in altre città cinesi, tra le quali Canton e
Chengdu.
Emmanuele Boschetti, nuovo Export Manager Menù
responsabile per Estremo Oriente e Sud Est Asiatico, e lo
Chef Menù Tommaso Ruggieri hanno collaborato e dato
supporto alla forza vendita e dimostrativa di BONU FOOD,
l’importatore Menù in Cina.
Grande affluenza, per la quasi totalità cinese, da tutte le
province del grande Paese di Mezzo: dalla penisola dello
Shandong al grande porto di Canton, dalla fredda Harbin
alla capitale Pechino, ristoratori, albergatori, imprenditori,
cuochi e pizzaioli hanno riempito lo stand e gli spalti delle
varie competizioni che hanno avuto luogo nel corso della
fiera. In particolare, grande pubblico ed attenzione per due
sfide: una sulla pizza in stile cinese, ed una sulla pizza in
stile italiano. Pizzaioli cinesi ed internazionali si sono sfidati,
utilizzando nelle loro creazioni anche diverse specialità
Menù, come Pomodorina, Crema di Funghi Prataioli al
Tartufo, Soleggiati pomodori a spicchi, Pesto Rosso crema
a base di pomodori, La Saporosa e Porcini a fette trifolati.
Un successo per gli occhi, per il gusto, per le specialità
italiane nel mondo!

From the 1st until the 4th of April 2019, at the Shanghai
New International Expo Center in Shanghai, it took place
“HOTELEX”, a fair totally dedicated to the hospitality business
and that take place during the year also in other cities in China,
Guangzhou and Chengdu among them. Menù was there
represented by Emmanuele Boschetti (new Export Manager for
Far East and South East Asia countries) and Chef Tommaso
Ruggieri, that supported the sales team of BONU FOOD,
importer of Menù products in China. The attendants were many,
mostly chinese and coming from every corner of the former great
empire, from Shandong peninsula to the massive seaport city
of Guangzhou, from the cold Harbin to the capital city Beijing,
cookers, chefs, hotel managers and owners, entrepreneurs and
pizza makers filled the stand, the halls and the bleachers of the
various competitions that took place during the fair. Particular
attention was on two specific competitions: the chinese style
pizza competition and the italian style pizza competition. Local
and International pizza makers faced the competition using also
many Menù products, among them Pomodorina, Mushroom
Cream with Truffle Flavour, Semi-dried Soleggiati tomatoes, Red
Pesto, Saporosa Pizza Sauce and Porcini Mushrooms.
A great success for the sight, for the taste and for the italian food
specialties in the world!
