Non era facile farlo "a fresco”.
Lo volevamo bello; lo volevamo trasportabile; ma
soprattutto lo volevamo realizzare a fresco.
It’s not easy to work "a fresco".
We wanted it beautiful; we wanted it transportable.
But above all, we wanted it "a fresco".
AFFRESCO
Non si tratta di una semplice
riproduzione. E' qualcosa di più
importante. L'Affresco è realizzato come
nel '300 ed esattamente con la tecnica di
Giotto. I colori sono brillanti, l'estetica
identica all’originale.
L'Affresco ha uno spessore di 12 mm
così da renderlo immune ai danni dovuti
alla temperatura o all'umidità. Il colore
viene depositato a fresco, in una base di
"fior di calce" stagionato tre anni e
successivamente ritoccato a mano da
esperti pittori che si sono formati nella
nostra Bottega. E' così che si ottiene un
prodotto eccezionale ed unico nel suo
genere.
This is not a simple reproduction. It's
something more important. The Fresco is
done as it was in the 14th century, using
Giotto's exact technique. The colours are
bright and the aesthetics are identical to
the original. The Fresco has a thickness
of 12 mm, which makes immune to
damage due to temperature or humidity.
The colour is deposited a fresco in a
fresh "fine lime" base, aged for three
years and then retouched by hand by
expert painters who trained in our
workshop. This provides an exceptional
product that is unique of its kind.
