Bellelli srl ha inaugurato nel 2005 il proprio Crash<br />
Test interno, uno strumento fondamentale per lo<br />
sviluppo dei nuovi prodotti ed il controllo qualità<br />
dei seggiolini attuali.<br />
Il crash test bellelli è l’unica struttura di questo tipo<br />
a disposizione di un’azienda privata in Italia.<br />
L’intensa attività di sperimentazione consente di<br />
individuare i parametri più critici in caso di incidente<br />
e studiare le soluzioni migliori per aumentare la<br />
sicurezza dei bambini.<br />
La sensibilità a questi temi e la disponibilità<br />
della nuova struttura di prova, ha permesso alla<br />
nostra realtà di sviluppare e testare una gamma<br />
di seggiolini facili da usare e sicuri in ogni<br />
condizione.<br />
La slitta per test dinamici permette di simulare urti<br />
fi no alla velocità di 50 km/h. In più, il Crash Test<br />
bellelli può essere predisposto per simulare urti<br />
laterali o frontali con velocità più elevate, come<br />
prevedono le proposte per le norme future.<br />
I test vengono effettuati con manichini serie<br />
P, progettati per simulare la struttura dei<br />
bambini durante diverse fasi della loro crescita,<br />
partendo da un’ampia base statistica di misure<br />
antropometriche.<br />

In 2005 Bellelli srl launched its own in-house<br />
Crash Test, a fundamental instrument for the<br />
development of new products and the quality<br />
control of its current child seats.<br />
Bellelli’s crash test is the only facility of its kind<br />
available to a private company in Italy.<br />
Our intensive testing allows to identify the most<br />
critical parameters in the event of an accident and<br />
design the best solutions to increase children’s<br />
safety.<br />
Thanks to the awareness of these issues and the<br />
new testing facility, we have been able to develop<br />
and test a range of child seats that are easy to use<br />
and safe in every condition.<br />
The slide for dynamic tests allows to simulate<br />
impacts up to a speed of 50 km/h. Moreover,<br />
Bellelli’s Crash Test can be set to simulate lateral<br />
or frontal impacts at higher speeds, as required by<br />
proposals for future standards.<br />
The tests are conducted with P-series dummies<br />
designed to simulate children’s body structure<br />
during their various growth stages based on a large<br />
statistical base of anthropometric measurements.

ISOFIX SYSTEM<br />

ISOFIX è un sistema pratico e veloce per installare il seggiolino<br />
nella propria <strong>auto</strong>, ridurre al minimo i possibili errori di montaggio<br />
e aumentare al massimo la sicurezza offerta del seggiolino.<br />
I seggiolini sono saldamente agganciati al telaio dell’<strong>auto</strong> e<br />
sono dotati di una gamba di appoggio che limita la rotazione del<br />
seggiolino e quindi il movimento in avanti del bambino.<br />
ISOFIX is a smart and quick system to install the child seat in your<br />
car. This system is conceived to limit any possible mismounting<br />
error, granting the highest safety level the seat is designed to offer.<br />
Through the Isofi x system, the car seats are tightly connected to<br />
the car chassis. The front central leg prevents the seat to rotate,<br />
keeping the child safely in the seat while preventing them from<br />
moving forward.<br />
CLACK!<br />
Se si usano gli agganci isofi x, non serve usare la cintura di sicurezza<br />
dell’<strong>auto</strong>. Tuttavia, Tiziano può essere fissato anche con la<br />
cintura se l’<strong>auto</strong> non è predisposta con gli agganci isofix.<br />
If you choose to install the seat with ISOFIX, the safety belts use<br />
is optional. Anyway, In case the car is not suitable for the use of<br />
ISOFIX system, Tiziano can be fixed with the safety belts.<br />

Secondo la normativa vigente ECE R44 04, si può omologare<br />
un seggiolino ISOFIX quando appartiene ai gruppi 0, 0+ ed 1. Non<br />
esistono seggiolini isofix gruppi 2 e 3.<br />
According to ECE R44 04 regulation, a child seat can be homologated<br />
as Isofix only if belonging to groups 0, or 0+ and 1. There are no Isofix<br />
seats in group 2, 3.<br />
FIXING SYSTEM<br />

I seggiolini dotati di sistema FIX Bellelli (Maximo Fix, Gio<br />

che, in unione con le cinture di sicurezza dell’<strong>auto</strong>mobile,<br />
vincolano saldamente il seggiolino al sedile.<br />

Grazie all’uso di questi connettori, il seggiolino è agganciato<br />
direttamente al telaio dell’<strong>auto</strong> e risulta PIÙ SICURO E STABILE<br />
sul sedile.<br />
I connettori Fix limitano il movimento in avanti e di lato del<br />
seggiolino in caso di incidente, e contribuiscono attivamente<br />
ad aumentare il livello di protezione offerto dal seggiolino.<br />
L’uso degli ancoraggi Fix permette di mantenere il seggiolino<br />
sempre perfettamente fermo sul sedile anche se non c’è un<br />
bambino seduto sopra.<br />
In questi seggiolini si devono sempre usare anche le cinture<br />
dell’<strong>auto</strong>. Non è possibile usare i connettori isofix da soli.<br />

to grant a secure and still positioning.<br />
The Fix connectors limit the side and forward displacement of<br />
the seat in case of incident. They actively improve the safety<br />
level of the seat.<br />
The Fix connectors fi rmly hold the child seat on the car seat<br />
with no children seated on it.<br />
The Fix connectors always have to be used together with<br />
the car safety belts. It is not possible to connect the car<br />
