PACKAGING<br />
Packaging used will deped on what the material is to be<br />
used for. It may comprise made-to-measure wooden crates,<br />
which can be stacked for road or container haulage, or metal<br />
containers may be used.<br />
The made-to-measure wooden crate has 20mm-thick sheets<br />
of polystyrene inside to protect the contents, positioned on<br />
the four walls and on the bottom. The materlial inside the<br />
crate is further protected with a scattering of polystyrene<br />
foam chips. Before the crate is closed, another 20mm-thick<br />
sheet of polystyrene is added.<br />
SAMPLE<br />
Our sales and engineering departments are pleased to assist<br />
designers in assessing the project' characteristics, suggesting<br />
technical and commercial solutions and, where appropriate,<br />
producing samples of Composite Sintelit.<br />

L'IMBALLO<br />
L'imballo sarò realizzato in base alla destinazione dei materiali, potrà<br />
essere eseguito utilizzando gabbie di legno su misura sovrapponibili<br />
per il trasporto su camion o container, oppure utilizzando contenitori<br />
metallici.<br />
La gabbia di legno su misura ha, al suo interno, una protezione in<br />
fogli di polistirolo dello spessore di 20 mm, posizionati sulle quattro<br />
pareti e sul fondo. Il materiale posto all'interno della gabbia, viene<br />
inoltre protetto con del polistirolo espanso o truciolo in legno,<br />
distribuito liberamente. Prima della chiusura della gabbia, viene<br />
inserito un ulteriore foglio fi polistirolo spessore 20 mm.<br />
LE CAMPIONATURE<br />
I nostri uffici commerciali e tecnici sono a disposizione dei progettisti<br />
per valutare le caratteristiche dei progetti, suggerire soluzioni tecnico<br />
commerciali e , dove opportuno, eseguire campionature di Sintelit<br />
Composito.collante inizia a fare presa, ma prima che indurisca,<br />
asportate e pulite le sbavature del collante in eccesso ed eliminate e<br />
correggete eventuali imperfezioni utilizzando lo stesso collante con<br />
un poco di gesso alabastrino.<br />
