ELIMINAZIONI PARTI IN MELAMINICO 

ELIMINATION OF WOODEN PARTS 

Il PORTASPUGNE e la PATTUMIERA INTEGRA nascono con il concetto di 

sfruttare al massimo lo spazio sotto le vasche del lavello eliminando tutte le 

parti in legno suscettibili al contatto con acqua e umidità (Fig.01). 

La struttura e gli attacchi sono predisposti con forature ed agganci compatibili 

con le SPONDE METALLICHE e RINGHIERINE del frontale dei diversi 

produttori (Blum, Grass, Hettich, ecc) 

INTEGRA SPONGE-RACK and INTEGRA DUSTBIN RACK were created to 

take advantage of all available space under the sinks of the kitchen sink-base 

eliminating its wooden parts, susceptible to contact with water and humidity 

(Image 01). 

FRAME and FIXING BRACKETS are arranged with holes and hooks that are 

compatible with METAL SIDES and front SIDE RAILINGS from different 

producers (Blum, Grass, Hettich...).

The typical metal back was removed from the frame, since 

it used to conflict with large and off-centered drain pipes of 

the sink. The DUSTBIN-RACK has been rationalized to offer 

added optimization of the space. 

Il PORTASPUGNE e la PATTUMIERA INTEGRA abbinati 

insieme, allestiscono la base lavello in modo completo e 

coordinato. 

The combination of INTEGRA SPONGE-RACK and INTEGRA 

DUSTBIN RACK makes the sink base complete and wellcoordinated.

PORTASPUGNE INTEGRA - INTEGRA SPONGE-RACK 

Il PORTASPUGNE INTEGRA si compone di una struttura in metallo 

predisposta per il montaggio di sponde ed attacchi che stabilizzano il 

frontale del mobile nel quale va installato. A completamento vaschette 

in plastica per spugne e detersivi. La parte posteriore della struttura 

può essere attrezzata con vaschette movibili, con o senza coperchi, 

posizionabili in base all’ingombro degli scarichi. 

INTEGRA sponge-rack consists of a metal frame arranged to assemble 

sides and brackets that make stable the front of the base unit where 

the product is supposed to be installed. Plastic trays for sponges and 

detergents complete the sponge-rack. The back part of the frame can 

be equipped with movable trays with or without lids, to be positioned 

according to the bulk of pipes.

Il PORTASPUGNE viene fornito completo di ATTACCHI del tipo adatto 

alle SPONDE alle quali va abbinato. 

Nella tabelle a partire da pag 132, sono indicate le cifre identificative 

delle SPONDE e il tipo di ATTACCHI da indicare nel codice in fase 

d’ordine. Per tutte le SPONDE diverse da quelle elencate, in sede 

d’ordine sarà sufficiente comunicare tutte le informazioni relative alla 

tipologia e dimensioni.

Nei disegni che seguono sono riportate le quote fisse e quote variabili.

L’ assemblaggio, semplice e intuitivo, avviene principalmente in due fasi: 

1 - Aggancio degli ATTACCHI alle SPONDE (Fig.01); 

The assembing is simple and intuitive, it consists of two phases: 

1 – It is necessary to hook the BRACKETS to the SIDES (Fig.01); 

2 - Fissaggio della STRUTTURA alle SPONDE ed ATTACCHI con VITI AUTOFILETTANTI date 

in dotazione (Fig. 02). Il tutto si completa poi con l’inserimento del CESTONE all’interno del 

mobile con relativo montaggio del FRONTALE e ferramenta accessoria. 

2 - It is necessary to fix the FRAME to SIDES and BRACKETS through self-tapping screws that 

come with the sponge-rack (Fig. 02). To complete the procedure it is necessary to place the 

PAN DRAWER within the base unit and to assemble the FRONT and the related hardware.

Le VASCHETTE sono inseribili nelle STRUTTURE a partire dalla base Lb > 70 cm (Fig.03). 

Le asole con una geometria asimmetrica, sono uniformemente distribuite su tutta la 

larghezza del SUPPORTO (Fig. 04). 

It is possible to place TRAYS in FRAMES with base width higher than 70 cm (Fig. 03). 

The loops with an asymmetric geometry are distributed uniformly over the entire lenght of 

the FRAMEWORK (Fig. 04). 

Il montaggio, nella parte posteriore della STRUTTURA, avviene con una coppia di agganci 

che si inseriscono nelle asole (Fig. 05-06). 

In the back part of the FRAME it is possible to achieve the assembling through a pair of 

brackets to insert in the loops (Fig. 05-06).

L’aggancio implica sempre l’utilizzo di due asole (Fig. 07). 

Two loops are necessary to hook (Fig. 07). 

La geometria delle asole permette un ulteriore spostamento della VASCHETTA di 70 mm 

(Fig.08). Questa libertà di posizionamento evita collisioni della vaschetta con sifoni e/o 

scarichi, i quali non hanno mai una posizione fissa poichè di molteplici modelli e versioni 

(Fig.09). 

Thanks to the geometry of loops, it is possible to move the TRAY 70 mm (Fig. 08). 

For this reason it is possible to avoid any collision of the tray with drain pipes and siphons, 

since their position can change according to their model or version (Fig.09).

Per soddisfare le esigenze commerciali e logistico produttive, il Portaspugne può essere confezionato in imballo singolo o multiplo. 

Sponge-rack is available in single or industrial package to satisfy business and logistic needs. 

IMBALLO SINGOLO: 

Nasce dall’esigenza del cliente che propone il prodotto come 

“accessorio” alternativo al tradizionale CASSETTO SOTTO LAVELLO. 

All’ interno dell’imballo sono presenti i componenti che permettono di 

allestire un cassetto completo, vedi esempio:

STRUTTURE e gli ATTACCHI vengono logisticamente consegnati nei 

reparti di assemblaggio dei cassetti. 

L’imballo multiplo consiste nella fornitura del prodotto smontato in 

tutte le sue parti. Ogni componente viene imballato separatamente in 

quantitativi minimi d’ordine: 

La STRUTTURA viene fornita in imballo multiplo contenente un 

numero di pezzi predefinito (come indicato nella tabella 02). 

Le PLASTICHE abbinate alla struttura sono fornite in imballi singoli, 

pertanto le quantità da ordinare devono corrispondere alle quantità 

contenute nell’imballo multiplo della struttura. 

Gli ATTACCHI sono forniti in imballo di 60pz. Sarà cura del cliente 

accertarsi che i quantitativi siano consoni all’attività produttiva. 

INDUSTRIAL PACKAGE 

It was created to safitsfy the need of customers who want to make 

a massive installation of the product, since it represents a structural 

part of the kitchen model. To optimize costs and productive process, 

FRAMES and BRACKETS are logistically delivered in the assembling 

department of the drawer. 

In the industrial package, every part of the product is disassembled. 

Every component is packed separately according to minimum order 

quantities. 

The FRAME is in an industrial package that contains an established 

number of pieces (as indicated in the table 02). 

PLASTIC PARTS matched with the frame are in single packages, so it 

is necessary to order the same quantities than quantities contained in 

the industrial package of the frame. 

BRACKETS are in packages of 60 pcs. Customers are supposed to 

check if quantities are fine with the production activity.

un esempio d’ordine compilato in modo da ottenere quantitativi 

conformi.

Stabilizzatore del frontale 

Front Stabilizer 

In plastica grigia, ha la funzione di fare 

aderire il frontale del mobile alla struttura 

del PORTASPUGNE, evitando, nelle basi di 

larghezza superiore a 80 cm, la flessione 

centrale del frontale sia in fase di riposo che 

in fase di apertura. Le informazioni tecniche 

riportate a pag. 63 mostrano lo schema 

di foratura del frontale per l’applicazione 

dello stabilizzatore. Questo articolo non 

è necessario per il PORTASPUGNE 

UNIVERSALE in quanto già integrato nella sua 

struttura.

and the base unit front, avoiding the central 

bend of the front in bases with width higher

“lineare” nella parte anteriore del cassetto. In questo modo, oltre ad 

essere più accessibili, occupano un volume di spazio, sotto il lavello,

aderire il frontale del mobile alla struttura 

della PATTUMIERA, evitando, nelle basi di 

larghezza superiore a 80 cm, la flessione 

centrale del frontale sia in fase di riposo che 

in fase di apertura. Le informazioni tecniche 

riportate a pag 131 mostrano lo schema 

di foratura del frontale per l’applicazione 

dello stabilizzatore. Questo articolo non è 

necessario per la PATTUMIERA UNIVERSALE 

in quanto già integrato nella sua struttura.
