RIASSUNTO DELL’ATTIVITÀ SVOLTA NEGLI ULTIMI TRE ANNI<br />
Obiettivi<br />
Sviluppo ed applicazione di biosensori ed immunosensori in campo clinico , alimentare ed ambientale.<br />
Risultati ottenuti<br />
Nel settore diagnostico-clinico si sono sviluppate sonde DNA per la misura di fattori di trascrizione in sangue intero,<br />
inoltre si sono preparati sensori immunologici per la determinazione <strong>della</strong> celiachia. E biosensori per la misura<br />
dell’acido lattico ed alfa amilasi nella saliva<br />
Nel settore alimentare si sono sviluppati sensori per la misura <strong>della</strong> salmonella nelle carni e dello stafilococco aureo.<br />
E’ stato inoltre messo a punto un metodo elettrochimico per la misura del piombo nel latte ed i pesticidi e micotossine<br />
nell’olio di oliva<br />
In campo ambientale si sono misurati tramite inibizione enzimatica pesticidi organofosforici e carbammici oltre<br />
all’ammonio nelle acque potabili e a metalli pesanti nelle acque. Inoltre è stato assemblato un prototipo per la misura<br />
dei gas nervini nell’aria.<br />
