PROSPETTIVE ED OBIETTIVI PER I PROSSIMI TRE ANNI
Verrà proseguita l'identificazione di geni coinvolti nel rapporto patogenetico e tossigenico di F. culmorum. E' in corso
una indagine epidemiologica sulla distribuzione di specie di Fusarium agenti di micosi cutanee e profonde negli
ambienti ospedalieri italiani. Si intende proseguire la ricerca di sistemi di diagnosi e di lotta nei confronti Trichoderma
spp. patogeni su funghi coltivati, nonchè gli studi volti alla identificazione di lieviti antagonisti nei confronti di specie
tossigene di Penicillium, Aspergillus e Fusarium.
