2. General2.1 Area of applicationIINNO-CLEAN + , the septic system from KESSEL, is a cleaningunit for domestic wastewater in keeping with DIN 4261Part II / EN 12566. It is not envisaged for precipitation andanimal husbandry and swimming pool wastewater. This septicsystem biologically cleans domestic wastewater and automaticallyadapts to the quantities arising. The wastewateris collected and cleaned in a plastic tank.This tank is envisaged for trench shoring in the ground. Acontrol unit automatically regulates aeration and agitation. Itis envisaged for unobstructed installation in frost-protected,dry rooms which are safeguarded from flooding. In additionto the septic system, provision must be made for a suitablewastewater discharge line in keeping with ATVDVWK A138.Furthermore, the council, country district or district waterauthority is responsible for installation and operation approval.2.2 Description of systemKESSEL-INNO-CLEAN ® consists of two main segments.The control unit is located inside a frost-free, flood-proof anddry room. The plastic tank inside of which the purification processis taking place is installed in the ground outside the building.
