Informacje ogólne2.5 Opis działaniaProces oczyszczania odbywa się w pełni automatyczneza pomocą jednostki sterowania.Cykl oczyszczania trwa ok. 8 godzin i jest zakończonyodprowadzeniem czystej wody. Doprzeprowadzenia procesu oczyszczaniaścieków wykorzystywane są mikroorganizmy.1. Wprowadzanie wody „czarnej”(wszystkie ścieki domowe)Wszystkie ścieki domowe docierają dokomory wstępnego oczyszczania. Tamsubstancje stałe osiadają na dnie i tworząwarstwę osad. Osad pozostaje w komorzewstępnego oczyszczania,zagęszcza się i musi zostać usuniętyprzy osiągnięciu największej pojemnościwchłaniania.2. Napełnianie komory osadu czynnegoKomora osadu czynnegojest wypełnianaściekami z komory oczyszczania wstępnego.Podnośnik powietrzny dozuje odpowiedniąobjętość ścieków z komoryoczyszczania wstępnego do komoryosadu czynnego.3. Faza oczyszczania ścieków(normalna, oszczędnościowa i urlopowa)W komorze aktywacji ścieki poddawanesą krótkim uderzeniowym fazom napowietrzania(napowietrzanie za pomocąrury z membraną). W wyniku tego napowietrzaniado ścieków doprowadzanyjest tlen i mikroorganizmy powodująrozkładanie się ścieków stano-wiącychpożywkę. W ten sposób tworzy się osadaktywny. Przemiana materii mikro-organizówoczyszcza ścieki.Faza oczyszczania trwa z reguły ok. 6godzin. Poza tym urządzenie przeprowadzasamo-regulację w zależności odilości doprowadza-nych ścieków. Oczyszczanieścieków odbywa się w ramach“fazy normalnej”, “fazy oszczę-dnościowej”lub “fazy urlopowej.(patrz punkt 6.1)147
