CONTROLLIED AUTODIAGNOSILa testata effettua un’ autodiagnosi continuadei dispositivi Hardware più importantiche impone il blocco dell’erogazione incaso di malfunzionamento.Nel momento in cui viene riscontrataun’anomalia durante la fase di erogazioneattiva, l’erogazione stessa viene bloccatae sul display 'prezzo unitario' appare lascritta 'bloc'.Riponendo la pistola, sull’indicatore delprezzo unitario lampeggia un codice dierrore del tipo EXXX, dove la lettera Eindica Errore e XXX indicano un numeroassociato al tipo di anomalia.7.1 Controlli effettuatiDi seguito vengono specificati i controllinormalmente effettuati:■ verifica della validità del funzionamentodel generatore di impulsi effettuatamediante il controllo di sequenzialità(la differenza fra il numero diimpulsi ricevuti sui due canali deve sempreessere ≤ 1) o di non contemporaneitàdegli impulsi provenienti dai duecanali dell’emettitore stesso;■ verifica della validità dei dati contenutiin memoria effettuata tramite ilcontrollo di complementarietà (i datisono contenuti in due differenti zonedella RAM);■ controllo sul calcolo dell’importoeseguito verificando l’assolutauguaglianza tra il volume di carburanteerogato ed il valore del volume ottenutodal rapporto tra importo e prezzounitario;■ verifica dell’ efficienza degli indicatoria cristalli liquidi effettuata attraversol’interpretazione dei messaggi provenientidalle linee seriali verso le schedeDisplay.Al fallimento di uno dei suddetti controlli faseguito la visualizzazione del codice relativoall’errore riscontrato. La visualizzazioneavviene solo dopo aver riposto lapistola, se questa era estratta.Vi sono tre tipi di anomalie funzionaliche, pur bloccando la testata, non dannoluogo a nessuna visualizzazione di codiced’errore.Le tre anomalie sono:1. valore dell’importo superiore a990.000;2. quantità di carburante erogato superiorea 990,00 litri, nel caso di testateStandard, e a 99,00 litri, nel caso ditestate per Miscela;7. CHECKSAND SELF-DIAGNOSISThe computing head executes acontinuous self-diagnosis of the mainHardware devices; in case ofmalfunctioning, this makes delivery block.When an anomaly is detected duringthe active delivery phase during, thedelivery itself gets blocked, while the'unit price' display shows the writing'bloc'.At replacing the nozzle, on the unit pricedisplay starts blinking an error code havinga EXXX pattern, where the E letter standsfor Error, and XXX stand for the numberassociated with the anomaly type.7.1 Routine checksA list of the checks which are usuallycarried out is given here below :■ check of pulser operating validity;it is executed by verifying either thepulse sequentiality (the differencebetween the number of pulses receivedon the two channels must always be≤ 1) or the non contemporaneity of thepulses coming from the two pulserchannels;■ check of the memory-stored datavalidity. This check is carried out byperforming a complementarity check(since data are stored in two differentRAM areas);■ check of the amount calculation; it isperformed by verifying that there isabsolute identity between the volumeof delivered fuel and the volume value,obtained by the ratio between amountdue and unit price;■ check of the efficiency of LiquidCrystal Displays; it is realized byinterpreting the messages comingfrom the serial lines and directed tothe Display cards.Should one of the above-mentionedchecks fail, the error code relating to thedetected error gets displayed. If the nozzlewas withdrawn, visualization takes placeonly after replacing it.There are three kinds of functionalanomalies that block the computing headwithout causing any error code visualizationto occur.Those three anomalies are:1. amount value exceeding 990,000lire;2. delivered fuel quantity exceeding990,00 litres if we are dealing withStandard computing head, or 99,00litres if dealing with Mix computing head;7. CONTRÔLESET AUTO-DIAGNOSTICLa tête exécute un auto-diagnostic continudes dispositifs Hardware les plusimportants qui permet d’interrompre ledébit en cas de mauvais fonctionnement.Si une anomalie est relevée pendant laphase de livraison active, la livraisonelle-même est bloquée, et sur le display'prix unitaire' apparaîtra l’inscription'bloc'.Lorsque le pistolet est accroché, sur ledisplay prix unitaire va clignoter unecode d’erreur du type EXXX; la lettre Eindique Erreur et XXX indiquent unnuméro associé au type d’anomalie.7.1 Contrôles de routineCi-dessous on donne une liste descontrôles habituellement effectués:■ vérification du fonctionnementcorrect du générateur d’impulsions,accomplie en contrôlant que lesimpulsions provenant des deux canauxdu générateur soient séquentielles etnon simultanées (la différence entreles nombres d’impulsions reçues surles deux canaux doit toujours être ≤ 1);■ vérification de la validité des donnéescontenues dans la mémoire, accompliepar le contrôle de complémentarité (lesdonnées sont contenues dans deuxzones différentes de la RAM);■ contrôle sur le calcul du montantexécuté en verifiant la correspondanceexacte entre le volume de carburantdébité et la valeur du volume obtenuecomme résultat du rapport entre lemontant calculé et le prix unitaire;■ vérification de l’ efficience desindicateurs à cristaux liquideseffectuée par l’interprétation desmessages qui proviennent des lignessérielles vers les cartes Display.L’échec de l’un des contrôles précitésentraîne l’affichage du code correspondantà l’erreur relevée. Si le pistolet de débit estdécroché, il faut l’accrocher pour donnerlieu à l’affichage.Il y a trois types d’anomaliesfonctionnelles qui bloquent la tête maisqui ne donnent pas lieu à une visualisationdu code d’erreur.Les trois anomalies sont:1. valeur du montant supérieure à990.000 Lires;2. quantité de carburant débitésupérieure à 990,00 litres, en cas detêtes Standard, ou supérieur à 99,00litres, en cas de têtes pour Mélange;- 31 -
