A contractor has been appointed and the contract has nowcommenced. A contractor for its operation and waste haulage to W2R (Biffa) hasalso been appointed.A meeting of the Lower House Farm project Board was held on 8 th January. The siteis now virtually complete with only the connection to the electricity grid delaying theopening of the site.
