ID6WARRANTYGBC warrants the equipment to be free fromdefects in material and workmanship for aperiod of 90 days for parts and labor fromthe date of installation. This warranty is the onlywarranty made by GBC and cannot be modifiedor amended.GBC Films Group’s sole and exclusive liabilityand the customer’s sole and exclusive remedyunder this warranty shall be, at GBC FilmsGroup’s option, to repair or replace any suchdefective part or product. These remedies areonly available if GBC Films Group’s examinationof the product discloses to GBC Films Group’ssatisfaction that such defects actually exist andwere not caused by misuse, neglect, attempt torepair, unauthorized alteration or modification,incorrect line voltage, fire, accident, flood orother hazard.Limited WarrantyThis warranty specifically does not coverdamage to the laminating rollers caused byknives, razor blades, other sharp objects,failure caused by adhesives or improper use ofthe machine. Warranty repair or replacementdoes not extend the warranty beyond the initial90 day period from the date of installation.WARNING: Unauthorized customeralterations will void this warranty.THE WARRANTY MADE HEREIN IS IN LIEU OFALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED ORIMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OFMERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR APARTICULAR PURPOSE. Schaden aufgrund von Wartungsarbeiten amGerät durch eine unqualifizierte Person oderPersonen.QUALIFIZIERT: Alle Personen, die von GBC zurAusführung von Wartungsarbeiten an solchenGeräten ausgebildet wurden.
