Slide the threading cardbetween the feed tray and thefilm web lying on the tray. Gentlypush the threading card into thenip area of the heat rollers. Thecard should now be guiding bothrolls of film into the heat rollers(Fig. 19).15. Lower the safety shield thenpress RUN . Watch the leadingedge of the threading card toensure that it enters the nip areaof the heat rollers and is beingpulled into the laminator. Thecard will guide the web of bothfilm rolls into the heat rollers.Press STOP once thethreading card has exited therear of the laminator.16. Check film alignment. Seesection entitled FILMALIGNMENT PROCEDUREfor instructions if installed filmneeds alignment.(fig. 17).13. Inserire il piano di alimentazionesotto il pezzo di film che èadagiato al di sopra della bobinadi film inferiore. Rimontare ilpiano di alimentazione in modotale che la bobina inferiore siappoggi sul piano (fig. 18).14. Infilare il cartoncino diinserimento tra il piano dialimentazione ed il film posatosul piano. Spingeredelicatamente nella zona dipresa dei rulli di riscaldamento. Ilcartoncino ora dovrebbe riuscirea guidare entrambe le bobine neirulli di riscaldamento (fig. 19).15. Abbassare lo schermo diprotezione e premere RUN(AVVIO) . Controllare il bordodi entrata del cartoncino diinserimento per assicurarsi cheentri nell’area di presa dei rulli diriscaldamento e sia tiratoall’interno della plastificatrice. Ilcartoncino ora guiderà il film dientrambe le bobine nei rulli diriscaldamento. Quando ilcartoncino di inserimento èfuoriuscito dal retro dellaplastificatrice, premere ilpulsante STOP (ARRESTO) .16.
