Slide one core adapter into rightside of new roll of film ensuringthat the film will unroll from thebottom on Poly-In film and fromthe top for Poly-Out film. Slidethe film shaft into the coreadapter and tube from the rightside. Place the other coreadapter on the shaft protrudingfrom the left side then replaceretaining collar. Tighten lockingscrew.9. Lower the bottom idler bar(Fig. 15).10. Unroll 2 ft. (60 cm) of film. Pushthe leading edge under andaround bottom film guide. Slidefilm guide back into place anddrape film over the front supportfor the feed table (Fig. 16).11. Remove top film supply roll fromlaminator. Repeat steps 7 and 8from above ensuring the film willunroll from the bottom, for polyinfilm, and from the top for polyoutfilm, after the film supplyshaft is placed back on thelaminator.12. Unroll 2 ft. (60 cm) of film.Drape the film over the top idlerbar and completely cover bothheat rollers (Fig. 17).inferiore facendolo scorrereverso destra fino a quando laparte sinistra dell’albero non si èliberata dal mozzo esagonale delfreno. Allentare la vite dibloccaggio della ghiera montatasul lato sinistro dell’albero delfilm ed estrarre la ghiera. Tirareparzialmente fuori l’albero dallabobina e quindi reinserirlo perfare uscire l’adattatore di nucleodi sinistra. Tirare fuori l’alberocompletamente e ruotare il tubodi 180 gradi. Utilizzare l’alberoper togliere l’altro adattatore dinucleo.8. Infilare un adattatore nel latodestro della nuova bobinaassicurandosi che il film sisvolga correttamente dal bassoin caso di film Poly-in e dall’alto incaso di film Poly-out. Infilarel’albero del film nell’adattatore enella bobina dal lato destro.Posizionare l’altro adattatoresulla sinistra e quindi rimontarela ghiera. Stringere la vite dibloccaggio.9. Abbassare l’asta folle inferiore(fig. 15).10. Svolgere 60 cm di film.Spingere il bordo di entrata sottoed attorno all’asta folle inferiore.Infilare nuovamente la guida inposizione e lasciare cadere sulsupporto anteriore del piano dialimentazione (fig. 16).11. Rimuovere la bobina di filmsuperiore dalla plastificatrice.Ripetere le fasi suddette 7 e 8,assicurandosi che il film sisvolga dalla parte inferiore per ilfilm di poly-in, e superiore per ilpoly-out, dopo che l’albero delfilm è stato montato sullaminatore.12. Svolgere 60 cm di film. Lasciarcadere il film al di sopra dell’astafolle superiore coprendoentrambi i rulli di riscaldamentoFig. 1726
