Il lim<strong>it</strong>atoredi coppia viene tarato in fabbricaal massimo valore di coppiaprevisto dal catalogo MRS o MRT.Sono disponibili due esecuzioni- <strong>TL</strong>I: interno e con albero usc<strong>it</strong>acavo,- <strong>TL</strong>E: esterno e con albero usc<strong>it</strong>asporgente.I dispos<strong>it</strong>ivi <strong>TL</strong>I / <strong>TL</strong> possono esseremontati sui riduttori a v<strong>it</strong>e senza fine<strong>de</strong>lla serie RS e RT e coprono tutte legran<strong>de</strong>zze costruttive dalla 28 alla110: di serie vengono forn<strong>it</strong>i con il sistemadi regolazione <strong>de</strong>lla coppia(volantino o dado/controdado peresecuzione <strong>TL</strong> e ghiera per esecuzione<strong>TL</strong>I) posizionato a sinistra guardandodal lato ventola <strong>de</strong>l motoreelettrico.Nei riduttori combinati (RS/RS eRT/RT) il dispos<strong>it</strong>ivo viene montato,quando possibile, sul primo riduttore.Per una corretta selezione contattarecomunque il nostro servizio tecnico.Le prestazioni <strong>de</strong>i riduttori e motoriduttoriche montano il dispos<strong>it</strong>ivo dilim<strong>it</strong>atore di coppia sono le stesse indicatesul catalogo MRS e il catalogoMRT.I lim<strong>it</strong>atori di coppia <strong>TL</strong> e <strong>TL</strong>I nonsono “Componenti di Sicurezza” anorma <strong>de</strong>lla Direttiva Macchine98/37/CE e pertanto ne è sconsigliatol’utilizzo in meccanismi di sollevamento.The torque lim<strong>it</strong>er and safeguard<strong>de</strong>vice allows easy torque adjustments,full gearbox safeguardagainst unexpected overload cond<strong>it</strong>ions,simple hand release, andmanual operation in case of powersupply failure. Slipping torque can beadjusted from the maximum pre-settorque down to zero, and shaftrotation restarts automatically assoon as torque value is lower thanthe pre-set value.
