To select the currently displayed <strong>blast</strong> chilling cycle, simply release the button.Pressing this button with the appliance in START status displays the currently active operating cycle (<strong>blast</strong> chillingor <strong>shock</strong> freezing).SHOCK FREEZING CYCLE SELECTOR (21)With the appliance in STOP status, press button (21) for more than 1.5 seconds to scroll through the list ofavailable <strong>shock</strong> freezing cycles.
