To select the currently displayed blast chilling cycle, simply release the button.Pressing this button with the appliance in START status displays the currently active operating cycle (blast chillingor shock freezing).SHOCK FREEZING CYCLE SELECTOR (21)With the appliance in STOP status, press button (21) for more than 1.5 seconds to scroll through the list ofavailable shock freezing cycles.
