Il serbatoio disoleatore è caratterizzatoda due differenti stadi di separazione: il primodi tipo centrifugo ed il secondo di tipogravitazionale. Il terzo stadio di separazioneavviene attraverso un filtro separatore acoalescenza, di lunga durata grazie ancheall’efficienza dei primi due stadi, posizionatoall’interno del serbatoio.Il funzionamento corretto del filtro è garantitoda un dispositivo elettrico che invia un segnaledi allarme alla scheda elettronica in caso diintasamento.The three-stage separation system is the outcomeof much research that has enabled the realizationof high quantities of output air. Per un’assistenzarapida ed efficiente FIAC ha sviluppato, insiemeal proprio staff tecnico qualificato, dei KIT dimanutenzione programmata unitamente adun dettagliato manuale di servizio.The reliability of the components utilized has beenexhaustively tested in the production of theAIRBLOK SD series.Their arrangement has been rationalised to ensureeasy access in the aim of making maintenancemuch quicker and cheaper.
