Le pellicole della serie EUROLUX® COMMERCIAL GRADE,
sono costituite da materiale retro-riflettente autoadesivo,
protetto, nella parte frontale, da un coating trasparente o
colorato, che conferisce al prodotto buone caratteristiche
di resistenza alle condizione atmosferiche esterne (luce,
pioggia,temperatura; tutte le pellicole sono PVC Free).
Caratteristiche fotometriche:
Le pellicole della serie EUROLUX® COMMERCIAL
GRADE, per tutti i colori disponibili rientrano negli intervalli
colorimetrici (sistema x,y,) e di luminanza (Y) stabiliti per le
pellicole retro-riflettenti in classe 1.
Le pellicole per tutti i colori disponibili, resistono per almeno 5
anni all’esposizione all’esterno (arancio 3 anni)
Stampabilità del prodotto:
Le pellicole della serie EUROLUX® COMMERCIAL GRADE,
possono essere stampate con tecnica serigrafica utilizzando
inchiostri a base poliuretanica, e vinilica, specifici per
segnaletica stradale.
La pellicola EUROLUX® COMMERCIAL GRADE può essere
utilizzata per stampa digitale con ottimi risultati.
La pellicola EUROLUX® COMMERCIAL GRADE può essere
utilizzata per taglio plotter.

General characteristics:
EUROLUX® COMMERCIAL GRADE reflective sheeting
range is made of a retro reflective adhesive material covered
with a transparent or coloured coating (PVC free materials)
which give the product excellent protection against outdoor
conditions (UV rays, rain, temperature, etc.).
Photometric properties:
All EUROLUX® COMMERCIAL GRADE reflective sheetings
are within the colorimetric (code x, y) and luminance (Y)
standard required for reflective sheeting class 1.
The sheetings, in all available colours, last for at least 5 years
in an outdoor environment (3 year for orange).
Product printability:
EUROLUX® COMMERCIAL GRADE reflective sheeting can
be screen printed with polyurethane and vinyl inks especially
designed for road signs.
EUROLUX® COMMERCIAL GRADE reflective sheeting can be
used in digital printing application with excellent results.
EUROLUX® COMMERCIAL GRADE reflective sheeting can
be plotter-cut.

Le pellicole della serie EUROLUX® ENGINEER GRADE
CLASSE 1, sono costituite da materiale retro-riflettente
autoadesivo, protetto, nella parte frontale, da un coating
trasparente e/o trasparente colorato. Le pellicole sono
utilizzate nella segnaletica stradale verticale, per la
realizzazione di segnali di elevate caratteristiche di retroriflettenza,
sia diurna che notturna, che permangono nel
tempo anche in condizioni di elevata umidità o esposizione
alla luce solare (tutte le pellicole sono PVC Free). Le pellicole
della serie EUROLUX® ENGINEER GRADE CLASSE 1, sono
disponibili in tutti i colori previsti dalle norme specifiche di
prodotto (EN 12899-1: 2007, DM 31.03.95, AENOR).
Identificazione delle pellicole:
Le pellicole della serie EUROLUX® ENGINEER GRADE
CLASSE 1, sono realizzate con un marchio indelebile che
identifica il produttore (marchio commerciale) e la durata
minima di esposizione garantita. La indelebilità del marchio
è stata verificata secondo quanto previsto dalle norme
specifiche di prodotto. Tale marchio, inoltre, mantiene
inalterate le proprie caratteristiche ben oltre la durata
garantita del prodotto.
Caratteristiche fotometriche e colorimetriche:
Le pellicole della serie EUROLUX® ENGINEER GRADE
CLASSE 1, per tutti i colori disponibili, rientrano negli intervalli
colorimetrici (sistema x,y) e di luminanza (Y) stabiliti per
normativa, e resistono per almeno 7 anni all’esposizione in
esterno. I valori di rifrangenza superano i minimi riportati nelle
normative vigenti EN 12899-1, DM 31.03.95, AENOR.
Stampabilità del prodotto:
Le pellicole della serie EUROLUX® ENGINEER GRADE
CLASSE 1, possono essere stampate con tecnica serigrafica
utilizzando inchiostri a base poliuretanica, e vinilica, specifici
per segnaletica stradale. Ottimi risultati si ottengono con gli
inchiostri EUROLUX® XFM a rapida essiccazione certificati
secondo le normative EN 12899-1, DM 31.03.95, AENOR.
La pellicola EUROLUX® ENGINEER GRADE CLASSE 1
può essere utilizzata per tecnica di stampa digitale con
inchiostri Solvent, Eco-Solvent e U.V.
La pellicola EUROLUX® ENGINEER GRADE CLASSE 1
può essere utilizzata per taglio plotter.

General characteristics:
EUROLUX® ENGINEER GRADE CLASS 1 sheeting is made
of retro reflective self adhesive material protected on the
top by a clear and/or coloured transparent coating (PVC free
materials).
The sheeting is used on vertical traffic road sign applications
and for those signs requiring an excellent retro reflective
power, both in day and night light. EUROLUX® ENGINEER
GRADE CLASS 1 gives high resistance in terms of lifetime and
against conditions of high humidity and exposure to sunlight.
EUROLUX® ENGINEER GRADE CLASS 1 sheeting is available
in all the colours defined by the norms regulating the products
(EN 12899-1 : 2007, DM 31st March 1995, AENOR).
Sheeting identification mark:
EUROLUX® ENGINEER GRADE CLASS 1 sheetings come with
an indelible embedded mark (commercial mark) identifying
the manufacturer and the guaranteed exposure minimum
lifetime.
The indelibility of the marking has been proved in accordance
to the indications fixed by the norms of the product.
This mark maintains the same features far beyond the
granted life of the product.
Photometric properties:
EUROLUX® ENGINEER GRADE CLASS 1 sheetings, for all
available colours, are within the colorimetric (code x, y) and
luminance (Y) parameters fixed by the norms and last for at
least 7 years in an outdoor environment.
The coefficient of retroreflection values exceed the minimum
requested by the norms in force (EN 12899-1 : 2007, DM
31st March 1995, AENOR).

da un film acrilico trasparente o trasparente colorato con
un autoadesivo pressure sensitive, protetto da un supporto
removibile. Le pellicole EUROLUX® OVERLAY sono state
studiate per l’applicazione permanente su segnaletica verticale
(tutte le pellicole sono PVC Free).
Caratteristiche del prodotto:
Tutti i prodotti della serie EUROLUX® OVERLAY sono realizzati
con film acrilici di altissima trasparenza (ad eccezione del nero
coprente) e solidità alla luce. Tali caratteristiche garantiscono
una durata in esterno in conformità alla norme specifiche per
le pellicole impiegate nella segnaletica verticale.
• Caratteristiche colorimetriche:
Le pellicole della serie EUROLUX® OVERLAY applicate su
pellicole retroriflettenti certificate (HI classe 2 e EG classe 1)
per tutti i colori disponibili, rientrano negli intervalli
colorimetrici (sistema x,y) e di luminanza (Y) stabiliti dalle
norme specifiche sulla segnaletica stradale (DM 31.03.95,
UNI EN 12899-1, AENOR).
• Caratteristiche fotometriche:
Grazie alle ottime caratteristiche di trasparenza le pellicole
della serie EUROLUX® OVERLAY, applicate su pellicole
retroriflettenti certificate, forniscono performance di
rifrangenza paragonabili a quelle che si ottengono con
stampa serigrafia di inchiostri ad altissima trasparenza.

EUROLUX® OVERLAY sheetings are composed by an acrylic
transparent or transparent/coloured film with a pressure
sensitive adhesive which is protected by a removable backing.
EUROLUX® OVERLAY sheetings are suitable for permanent
application on vertical road traffic signs (PVC free materials).
Product properties:
EUROLUX® OVERLAY sheetings presents an extremely high
transparency (apart from the black colour) and resistance to
the light. This gives an excellent protection against outdoors
conditions in accordance to the norms regulating the
sheetings applied on vertical traffic signs.
• Colorimetric properties:
EUROLUX® OVERLAY sheeting, once applied on certified
retroreflective sheetings (H.I. class 2, EG class 1) for all
available colours, meet the colorimetric (code x,y) and
luminance (Y) parameters fixed by the norms regarding road
signing (EN 12899-1, DM 31st March 1995, AENOR).
• Photometric properties:
The high transparency, EUROLUX® OVERLAY sheetings,
once applied on certified reflective sheetings, give the same
retroreflective results as the ones obtained through screen
printing with very high transparent inks.

La pellicola della serie EUROLUX® OVERLAY ANTI-GRAFFITI è costituita da un film
acrilico trasparente con un autoadesivo pressure sensitive, protetto da un supporto

ANTI-GRAFFITI è stato formulato per proteggere il sistema da segni e scritte

EUROLUX® OVERLAY ANTI-GRAFFITI sheeting is a transparent acrylic film with a
pressure sensitive adhesive, protected by a removable backing.
The acrylic film (top layer) of the EUROLUX® OVERLAY ANTI-GRAFFITI series sheeting
is formulated to protect the system from marks and undesirable writing and generally
provides better protection against dirt that tends to accumulate on traffic signs.
EUROLUX® OVERLAY ANTI-GRAFFITI sheeting can be plotter-cut.
EUROLUX® OVERLAY ANTI-GRAFFITI sheeting can be used as well with reflective

Applicazione su coni stradali di segnalazione.
Informazioni generali:
Il CORLITE® CONES è un materiale retroriflettente studiato
per l’applicazione su coni stradali di segnalazione. Il prodotto
è essenzialmente costituito da una pellicola elastica di base,
autoadesiva, in cui sono parzialmente incorporate delle
microsfere metallizzate ad altissima rifrangenza.
La pellicola poliuretanica di base utilizzata, essendo dotata di
ottima flessibilità permette di applicare il CORLITE® CONES
su superfici non piane, in particolare il prodotto può essere
applicato su:
• coni stradali di segnalazione cantieri in PVC
• coni stradali di segnalazione cantieri in gomma o PE
Caratteristiche Fotometriche:
Il CORLITE® CONES presenta le stesse caratteristiche
fotometriche del CORLITE® CONES SPECIAL.
CORLITE ® CONES SPECIAL
Settori di utilizzo:
Applicazione su coni stradali di segnalazione.
Informazioni generali:
Il CORLITE® CONES SPECIAL è un materiale retroriflettente
studiato per l’applicazione su coni stradali di segnalazione.
Il prodotto, grazie a un particolare trattamento eseguito sulla
parte rifrangente, differisce dal CORLITE® CONES per:
• un colore grigio più brillante;
• una maggiore resistenza all’abrasione superficiale;
• una consistenza maggiore che porta ad una minore
tendenza alla deformazione.
Il CORLITE® CONES SPECIAL è essenzialmente costituito
da una pellicola elastica di base, autoadesiva, in cui sono
parzialmente incorporate delle microsfere metallizzate ad
altissima rifrangenza.
La pellicola poliuretanica di base utilizzata, essendo dotata di
ottima flessibilità permette di applicare il CORLITE® CONES
SPECIAL su superfici non piane, in particolare il prodotto può

This product has an optical system obtained from the
encapsulation of the retroreflective layer onto a soft elastic
base with a high flexibility and mechanical resistance.
The high elastic grade of the polyurethane soft base enables
CORLITE® CONES to be used on non-planer surfaces.
The product is particularly recommended for:
• PVC’s road cones for temporary signs;
• rubber or PE’s road cones for temporary signs.
Photometric properties:
CORLITE® CONES has the same photometric properties as
CORLITE® CONES SPECIAL.

General characteristics:
CORLITE® CONES SPECIAL is a retroreflective material
specifically designed for road cones applications.
A special treatment is applied to the retroreflective surface and
it makes CORLITE® CONES SPECIAL different from CORLITE®
CONES in terms of:
• a brighter grey colour;
• a superior resistance to the surface’s abrasion;
• a better thickness which gives the product less chances to
deform.
CORLITE® CONES SPECIAL has an optical system obtained
from the encapsulation of the retroreflective layer onto a soft
elastic base with a high flexibility and mechanical resistance.
On the back side, the high elastic grade of the polyurethane soft
base enables CORLITE® CONES SPECIAL to be used on nonplaner
surfaces. The product is particularly recommended for:
• PVC’s road cones for temporary signs;
• rubber or PE’s road cones for temporary signs.
Photometric properties:
Here below are reported typical values of the CORLITE® CONES
SPECIAL sheeting without the front removable film and added to

CORLITE® CONES SPECIAL sheeting has superior
performances to the class 2 portable road traffic signs (cones
and cylinders) and it keeps its retroreflective characteristics in
case of rainfall (norm EN13422).

Informazioni generali:
Per la stampa serigrafica con gli inchiostri XFM su pellicole
retro-riflettenti della serie :
• EUROLUX® ENGINEER GRADE CLASSE 1
• CORLITE® HI GRADE CLASSE 2
è necessario utilizzare retini serigrafici 90 fili seta tipo “t”.
Si possono utilizzare anche retini con sete da 62 fili o 77 fili,
avendo la premura di aumentare le diluizione dell’inchiostro
serigrafico.
In ogni caso occorre sempre verificare colorimetria e valori di
retroriflettenza che devono superare il:
• 70% dei valori minimi dei colori di riferimento stabiliti
dalle norme di prodotto DM 31.03.95 ed EN 12899-1
per il colore bianco di base
• 50% dei valori minimi dei colori di riferimento stabiliti
dalle norme di prodotto DM 31.03.95 ed EN 12899-1
per il colore giallo di base.
Caratteristiche finali della pellicola
sovrastampata:
Le pellicole della serie EUROLUX® ENGINEER GRADE
CLASSE 1 e CORLITE® HI GRADE CLASSE 2, correttamente
stampate con inchiostri serigrafici della serie XFM-
EUROLUX®, mantengono le caratteristiche di colorimetria e

SCREEN-PRINTING INKS XFM-EUROLUX® SERIES
Use:
Road traffic signs.
General characteristics:
XFM-EUROLUX® ink series is specifically created for screenprinting
the following reflective sheeting:
• EUROLUX® ENGINEER GRADE CLASSE 1
• CORLITE® HI GRADE CLASSE 2
XFM-EUROLUX® inks have to be used with screen-printing
nets 90 T single filament silk fabric.
However it is possible the use of screen printing nets of 62
and 77 filament increasing the dilution up to 35%.
In any case the colorimetric parameters must be checked and
the coefficient of retroreflection shall be not less than:
• 70% of the minimum values set up in the product’s norm
EN 12899-1 : 2007 and DM 31st March (white prime
colour);
• 50% of the minimum values set up in the product’s norm
EN 12899-1 :2007 and DM 31st March (yellow prime
colour).
Screen-printed reflective sheeting properties:
Retroreflective sheetings EUROLUX® ENGINEER GRADE
CLASS 1 and CORLITE® HI GRADE CLASS 2 properly screenprinted
with XFM-EUROLUX® inks keep the photometric and
colorimetric parameters cited in product’s norm EN 12899-1
: 2007 and DM 31st March, in the space of time required in
the above mentioned norms.

IRC INTERNATIONAL REFLECTIVE COMPANY SPA è in
grado, grazie al reparto interno di serigrafia, di produrre tutti i
tipi di segnali stampati, sia per il mercato italiano che per altre
nazioni che presentano diverse specifiche.
I segnali possono essere stampati nelle dimensioni e
pittogrammi definite dal codice della strada.
Supporto di base per la stampa serigrafica sono le nostre
pellicole EUROLUX ENGINEERING GRADE classe 1 e CORLITE
HIGH INTENSITY GRADE classe 2 utilizzando inchiostri a
due componendi della serie EUROLUX XFM, appositamente
sviluppati per la segnaletica stradale.
Le pellicole EUROLUX ENGINEERING GRADE classe 1 e
CORLITE HIGH INTENSITY GRADE classe 2, serigrafate con gli
inchiostri della serie EUROLUX XFM sono certificate secondo
la EN 12899-1 : 2007 e il DM 31.03.95 garantendo una
durata minima in esterno di 7 anni per il materiale in Classe 1
e 10 anni per il Classe 2.
I pezzi unici stampati sono fustellati e pronti per l’applicazione
su tutti i tipi di supporto.

Printed Signs:
CLASS 1 CLASS 2
IRC INTERNATIONAL REFLECTIVE COMPANY SPA thanks
to the internal screen printing department is able to produce
all types of printed signs, for Italian and foreign markets with
different specifications.
Printed signs can be produced with dimensions and
pictograms in accordance with National Road regulations.
Standard substrates for screen printing are our reflective
sheetings EUROLUX ENGINEERING GRADE class 1 e CORLITE
HIGH INTENSITY GRADE class 2.
Using our double component inks, series EUROLUX XFM our
printed signs are certified in compliance with EN 12899-1:
2007 and DM 31.03.95 norms, providing a minimum outdoor
durability of 7 years for the Class 1 material and 10 years for
Class 2 material.
Pre die cut signs, are ready for the application on all types of
metal, plastic and wooden substrates.
