Normalmente viene collegato<strong>ad</strong> un plenum di alimentazione dotato di ingressi circolari aria laterali.La costruzione standard è in profili di alluminio estruso anodizzato alnaturale, ma sono disponibili altri colori di anodizzazioni o di verniciaturaa fuoco. Più <strong>diffusori</strong> possono essere installati in serie, senzagiunzioni in vista, oppure è possibile avere lunghezze fino a 3000 mmin un pezzo unico od altre lunghezze in più moduli a seconda dellasuddivisione espressa in tabella. I deflettori interni consentono laregolazione della direzione del flusso d’aria dall’esterno del diffusore. Ilmontaggio può avvenire, per poter sostenere a filo soffitto i <strong>diffusori</strong>,utilizzando tenditori (che possono essere forniti a richiesta) accoppiabili<strong>ad</strong> apposite staffe regolabili poste sui lati esterni (non in vista) delcollo ingresso aria del diffusore, oppure grazie all’utilizzo di plenum diraccordo (modello CASS/PE) con flangia perimetrale esterna, conattacco circolare per tubazione flessibile posto sul lato, e staffe internefisse accoppiabili a staffe mobili presenti in medesima quantità sulcollo del diffusore per il montaggio e fissaggio dal fronte diffusore.Sono disponibili inoltre vari accessori quali = - le testate di chiusuramodello TEST, applicabili solamente durante la costruzione del prodottopresso le ns. officine, utilizzate per migliorare esteticamente laparte terminale del diffusore; - la serranda di regolazione a scorrimentoSERR costruita in lamiera di acciaio zincata e tarabile dalfronte diffusore tramite l’utilizzo di un normale cacciavite; - l’angolodi collegamento ANG con dimensione standard di 500 mm per lato(esterno cornice) con costruzione a 90° per poter dare continuitàestetica a due tratti rettilinei posti rispettivamente <strong>ad</strong> angolo retto; -la lamiera equalizzatrice, modello LE, costruzione in lamiera stiratae piegata fissata sul collo del diffusore, per una migliore distribuzioneed equalizzazione in uscita dell’aria.The BF series <strong>linear</strong> diffuser, with one or more <strong>slot</strong>s, can be installedin a wall or in a ceiling and provides a very stable discharge patterneven in the event of variations in the air flow. It can be used bothfor supply and exhaust air. The diffuser is normally connected to aconnection/plenum box with one or more circular spigots on the side.The standard construction is natural anodized extruded aluminium, butother anodized or stove-enamelled colours are available. Several diffuserscan be mounted in series, without the joints being visible, butlengths up to 3000 mm in a single piece and other lengths in severalmodules are also available, according to the division shown in the table.The internal air deflectors make it possible to <strong>ad</strong>just the pattern ofthe airflow from the outside of the diffuser. Dai grafici seguenti possono esserericavate le velocità dell’aria in uscita dal diffusore, la perdita di cariconel plenum, i lanci isotermici dell’aria con velocità finale di 0,3 m/ssull’asse centrale del getto. Naturalmente i lanci devono esserecorretti in funzione della differenza di temperatura fra l’aria immessae la temperatura dell’aria ambiente; ed i coefficienti moltiplicatori deilanci rilevati dai rispettivi grafici, possono assumere i valori orientativiespressi in Tabella B. Si deve ricordare che file continue di <strong>diffusori</strong><strong><strong>linear</strong>i</strong> contribuiscono all’aumento del lancio e possono raggiungerevalori del 25% superiori a quelli ricavati in tabelle o grafici appositise la lunghezza attiva totale supera i 2 metri <strong><strong>linear</strong>i</strong>.Table A shows the input air flow at ceiling level, for every <strong>linear</strong>meter of diffuser, according to the height of the room to be cooledand the temperature differential, experimentally calculated. Use the correction factors in Table B toobtain the throws according to the temperature differential betweenthe inlet air temperature and the room air temperature, and the throwmultiplication coefficients shown in the respective graphs can assumethe indicative values in the table.
