Condizionamento dell'aria di ventilazione mediante tubi interrati in una porcilaia

ABSTRACT
The study shows the results obtained in an experimental pig house of University of
Bologna, placed near Reggio Emilia. The house for growing-finishing pigs is provided with
a system of underground pipes to cool or heat ventilation air. The main result is the
attenuation of peaks of outside temperature: the temperature of the air going into the
house is almost constant during the day and presents low excursions even during the
season. Due to the high investment costs, the ventilation system with underground pipes is
suitable only for pigs with remarkable thermal requirements.
Lo studio illustra i risultati ottenuti presso la porcilaia sperimentale dell'Università' a Reggio
Emilia, con l'impiego di un sistema di condizionamento dell'aria a tubi interrati. L'aspetto
principale riguarda l'attenuazione dei picchi di temperatura esterna: l'aria entra nell'edificio
a temperature pressoché costanti nell'arco del giorno, con escursioni modeste anche su
scala stagionale. Per gli elevati costi di realizzazione, tuttavia, l'impianto a tubi interrati si
presta per categorie di suini con particolari esigenze termiche.
