Tale dispositivorisulta particolarmente utile quando la morsa viene usata inposizione verticale.Con il dispositivo “Terza Mano”, i due particolari da lavorare possonoessere di dimensioni diverse con uno scarto massimo fra loro di2mm (a richiesta differenze anche superiori fino a 10 - 12 mm).Il meccanismo “Terza Mano” standard ha una spinta di max 50 Kg.Volendo ottenere una spinta maggiore, basta sostituire le mollein dotazione con altre di maggior potenza (attenzione pero’ amantenere la stessa quota di altezza del pacchetto molle) oppureaggiungere un altro distanziale di max 3mm.N.B.: sostituendo le molle o aggiungendo un distanzialeextra bisogna tener presente che il maggior precaricocomportera’ lo stesso carico di spinta anche girando la viteArt.822 a vuoto.Non volendo il meccanismo “Terza Mano”, il tutto puo’ esseresemplicemente rimosso togliendo le molle con i relativi distanzialidalla loro sede naturale.Attenzione! Assicurarsi che l’ Art.850NN rimanga fissato nellamorsa per proteggere l’eventuale entrata di trucioliTHIRD HAND DEVICEFOR DOUBLE STATION FMS VISESThe “Third Hand” device in the double station viseconfiguration, allows the first workpiece loaded to be clampedlightly with a little pressure (on the opposite side of the wrenchand then in the lower vise station), while the second workpieceis being loaded (from here the “third Hand” denomination).Such device is useful especially with the vise verticallypositioned.With the “Third Hand” device the two workpieces can beup to 2 mm different in gripping width (On request alsodifferences up to 10 - 12 mm).The standard “Third Hand” device has a max pressure of 50 Kg.In order to reach a higher clamping power it is enough topreload by changing the standard springs with more powerfulones (be careful to use the same spring and spacer packingheight dimensions) or by adding a spacer (max 3 mm).P.S.: by changing springs or adding extra spacer rememberthat the higher preload will give the same resistance (givenby the more powerful preload) even just turning the main screwArt.822 freely.If the “Third Hand” device is not required, it could be simplyremoved by taking away the springs and their spacers fromtheir standard position.Attention!
