The ECOWILL ProjectECOWILL (ECOdriving – Widespread Implementation for Learner Drivers and Licensed Drivers)is a three-year project (2010-2013) funded by the EU’s Intelligent Energy Europe Programme.The project aims at implementing a quality standard for short-duration Ecodriving training inEurope. Therefore, an Ecodriving infrastructure consisting of trained and certified Ecodrivinginstructors has been established throughout Europe.
