6 SUMMARIES / RESUMENESteologia morale contemporanea. La prima e più antica, conosciutacome “Objectivism”, risale al XVII secolo, ma ha ancora oggi i suoiseguaci. La seconda è la teoria di “Basic Human Goods”, sviluppata daGermain Grisez, John Finnis ed altri dalla seconda metà degli anni sessantain poi. La terza è “Proportionalism”, una teoria “teleologica”, laquale è stata proposta nello stesso periodo ed ha goduto di sostengo,particolarmente in Germania e nei paesi di lingua inglese. L’autore collocaqueste teorie nel contesto storico e culturale della modernità, caratterizzatadalla scissione di soggetto e oggetto. In questo modo gli è possibileindividuare le questioni alle quali questi approcci dovevano rispondere,le risorse che avevano a disposizione e i loro limiti.GIOVANNI DEL MISSIERIMPLICANZE CANONISTICHE DELL’AIDSHaving presented the phenomenon of aids in the context of contemporaryculture and defined it as an “illness of social relations”, thisarticle considers the consequences of this syndrome for the ways of lifeof christians and for relations internal to the community of believers,governed by Canon Law. In a first step, an attempt is made to investigateanalytically questions concerning the admission of candidates tothe Sacrament of Orders and to religious life. In this respect, individualrights need to be brought into equilibrium with their legitimateregulation on the part of ecclesial authorities with a view to the commongood. The article then moves on to examine the possible effects ofthe illness on the rights of spouses and on the valid expression of maritalconsent, taking note of an extensive list of foreseeable problems. Inorder to elucidate recent questions raised by AIDS, with the help oftraditional moral and canonical reflection on infectious illnesses, marriageand procreation, the study concludes with an historical excursuson the marriage of lepers - a dated theme certainly, but one which presentsnot a few parallels with the question in hand.Tras encuadrar el fenómeno del SIDA en el contexto cultural contemporáneoy definirlo como “enfermedad de las relaciones sociales”, elartículo analiza las repercusiones del síndrome sobre las elecciones devida cristiana y sobre las relaciones internas a la comunidad de los creyentes,reguladas por el Derecho canónico.
