W A R R A N T Y10. WarrantyONLINE USV-Systeme AG (ONLINE) hereby warrants this productto be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period oftwo years from the date of purchase. The obligation of ONLINEunder this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of anyproduct which proves upon our examination to be defective. An RMA(Returned Material Authorisation) must be requested before anywarranty claims for service work can be made. Products must bereturned to us as paid shipment from the sender and include a shortdescription of the occurring problem(s) and proof of purchase (includinglocation and date). This warrantee does not apply to devicesthat were damaged due to an accident, negligence or misuse orproducts that have been changed or modified in any way.Save where explicitly provided otherwise, ONLINE does not makeany warranty, express or implied, including warranties as to quality orsuitability for a specific purpose. The laws of some jurisdictions donot allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations, so thatthe existing restrictions or exclusions may possibly not apply to thepurchaser.Except as may be expressly provided, ONLINE shall not be liableunder any circumstances for any direct, indirect, special, incidental orconsequential damages that result from using this product, even ifONLINE was advised of the possibility of such damages.
