Limited WarrantyGBLIMITED WARRANTY1. ProductDENSO Aftermarket Air Conditioning Components2. Warranty periodWarranty period begins on the retail date the DENSO AirConditioning Component is sold to the end user of the Product,and will remain valid for one year from that date3. Scope of WarrantyThe Warranty is not valid in the following circumstances:● Failure, breakdown or damage of the DENSO Air ConditioningProduct caused or induced by:- Incorrect installation of the Product on the Vehicles or incorrectdisassembly or reconstruction of the Product- Incorrect storage, handling or use of the Product or the Vehicle(including use in races, rallies or other similar competitions)- Other parts, components or the Vehicles themselves- Natural and/or man-made disasters (including traffic accidents)● Failure, breakdown or damage of the Product, if the Productis subjected to excessive water or fluids used for Vehicles(e.g. oil, engine coolant, battery fluid, brake fluid, windshieldwasher fluid, high pressure cleaning).● Normal wear and tear of the maintenance parts of the Product.● The maintenance parts of the Products● Perceived dissatisfaction with the Product by the Vehicle end-user,which is not related to the quality and/or function of the Product.4. Warranty Claim SubmissionThe end-user of the Product must make every effort to provideinformation concerning the quality of the product and submit thisinformation with the Warranty claim.DEINGESCHRÄNKTE GEWÄHRLEISTUNG1. B. Öl, Motorkühlflüssigkeit,Batterieflüssigkeit, Bremsflüssigkeit, Scheibenreinigungsflüssigkeit,Hochdruckreinigung.● Normale Abnutzung der Verschleißteile des Produkts.● Die Verschleißteile des Produkts● Empfundene Unzufriedenheit des Fahrzeugendnutzers mitdem Produkt, die nicht auf die Qualität und/oder Funktion desProdukts bezogen ist.5. Additional Warranty NotesFor the DENSO one-year Warranty to remain valid, returned AirConditioning Components must not be disassembled. Componentsdelivered disassembled will not be accepted for Warranty.4.
