Non è un luogo comune, ma l’obiettivo che si è prefissato lo studio Paolo BodegaArchitettura nel progettare la “Casa del Ben-Essere”, ospitata fino al 4 luglio presso i giardini milanesi “IndroMontanelli”. Un modulo abitativo di 80 metri quadri monoplanare, realizzata in edilizia industrializzata, nato conl’intenzione di dare testimonianza concreta e innovativa delle esigenze dell’abitare contemporaneo, in termini diprevenzione delle patologie, di indirizzo verso corretti stili di vita, di valorizzazione delle differenti abilità. Questoprogetto è stato promosso e realizzato con il patrocinio del Comune di Milano, Assessorato alla Salute, da tre realtàprotagoniste del mondo italiano dell’architettura: Fumagalli Edilizia Industrializzata Spa con sede a Bulciago(Lecco), GranitiFiandre e Iris Ceramica. Insieme a loro, anche un pool di imprese, tra cui le comasche Rattiflora eTre P & Tre Più, hanno prestato le loro specializzazioni per la realizzazione di questo ambizioso progetto. La “Casadel Ben-Essere”, oltre a dedicare particolare attenzione ad aspetti come la qualità ambientale, ecosostenibilità, efficienzaenergetica e sicurezza, offre anche un particolare sistema domotico che risponde ad esigenze di personediversamente abili, consentendo anche a loro di migliorare la qualità del vivere.“HOUSE of WELL-BEING”A house built around the person. The " House of the Well- being" , besides devoting apar ticular at tention to the aspects of environmental qualit y, environmental-friendly resources, energyef f icienc y and safet y, it also of fers a par ticular domotic system that answers to demands of disabledpeople, allowing them to improve their qualit y of living.
