Orcioni SimoneSSD: ING-INF/01Ricercatore Universitario ConfermatoEsperienzeNel 1995 riceve il titolo <strong>di</strong> dottore <strong>di</strong> ricerca in <strong>Ingegneria</strong> Elettronica, dal 997 al 1999 è titolare <strong>di</strong> una borsa <strong>di</strong>post-dottorato e dal 2000 è ricercatore presso l'Università Politecnica delle Marche. Ha pubblicato ventunodelle sue novanta pubblicazioni in riviste. Ha lavorato nella modellizzazione e simulazione statistica <strong>di</strong> circuiti,ottimizzazione della resa parametrica, reti neurali artificiali, sistemi fuzzy e progetto <strong>di</strong> circuiti analogici. I suiinteressi <strong>di</strong> ricerca includono anche i circuiti a ra<strong>di</strong>ofrequenza, il progetto a livello <strong>di</strong> sistema e le serie <strong>di</strong> Wiener-Volterra.E’ stato Program Chair alla conferenza internazionale Wises 2009, Session Chair all’ECCTD’07. Ha un h-indexpari a 6 (fonte www.scopus.com).EsperienzeSimone Orcioni, Ph. D. is Assistant Professor at Dept. of Biome<strong>di</strong>cal Engineering, Electronics, andTelecommunications (DIBET) of Università Politecnica delle Marche, Ancona, Italy, where he has been workingin statistical device modeling and simulation, parametric yield optimization, neural networks, fuzzy systems andanalog circuit design. His research interests include also RF, system-level circuit design and linear and nonlinearsystem identification.He has published about twenty of his ninety international papers in journals and a book. He has served as areviewer for various international journals and conferences, as session chairman, and will be program chair atWISES2009. He is a Member of the IEEE and AEIT.
