SISTEMA DI SOLLEVAMENTO
Il sistema di sollevamento è costituito da due martinetti volumetrici costruiti con cilindri levigati e steli cromati.
Il movimento ai carrelli è trasmesso da catene di tipo Flayer che scorrono su pulegge di grande diametro.
Le pulegge, con le bussole autolubrificate, ruotano su perni cromati.
La tensione di ogni catena è controllata da un finecorsa di sicurezza che blocca il ponte in caso di disallineameto.
Ogni carrello è dotato di due sicure meccaniche, una di stazionamento azionata da un attuatore pneumatico
o elettrico ed una di sicurezza che entra in funzione in caso di rotture.
I due martinetti, nelle rispettive colonne, sono collegati fra di loro solamente dai tubi oleodinamici.
ALLINEAMENTO AUTOMATICO ALLA MASSIMA ALTEZZA
Con la semplice pressione del pulsante di salita permette:
■ L’allineamento idraulico e meccanico dei cilindri e dei carrelli

LIFTING SYSTEM
The lifting system includes two volumetric jacks built with smooth cylinders and chromium plated rods.
The movement to the trucks is transmitted by Flayer chains that slide on pulleys with big diameter. The pulleys, with auto-lubricated bushes,
rotate on chromium plated pins. The tension of each chain is controlled by a safety limit switch that blocks the lift in case of misalignment.
Each truck is equipped with two safety mechanisms – a standing one that is activated by a pneumatic or electric actuator and a safety one that functions
only in case of brake. The two jacks in the relative columns are connected just by oil hydraulic pipes.
MAX. HEIGHT AUTOMATIC ALIGNMENT
Only by pressing the “RAISE” button this permits:
■ The hydraulic and mechanic alignment of cylinders and trucks
■ The automatic purge of the air in the circuit
■ No manual intervention on joints or valves
■ Easy installation
■ Possibility to execute the operation full loaded
SISTEMA DE ELEVAMIENTO
El sistema de elevamiento está constituido por dos gatos volumétricos construidos con cilindros pulidos y vástagos cromados.
El movimiento a las carretillas es transmitido por cadenas de tipo Flayer que corren sobre poleas de gran diámetro. Las poleas, con casquillos autolubricantes,
giran sobre pernos cromados. La tensión de cada cadena es controlada por un fin de carrera de seguridad que bloquea el puente en caso de desalineamiento.
Cada carretilla está dotada de dos seguros mecánicos, uno de aparcamiento accionado por un servomotor neumático o eléctrico y otro de seguridad que entra en
función en caso de roturas. Los dos gatos, en las respectivas columnas, están conectados entre ellos solamente por los tubos oleodinámicos.
ALINEAMIENTO AUTOMATICO A LA MAXIMA ALTURA
Con simplemente presionar el botón de subida permite:
■ El alineamiento hidráulico y mecánico de los cilindros y las carretillas
■ La purga automática del aire del circuito
■ Ninguna intervención manual sobre empalmes o válvulas
■ Facilidad de instalación
■ La posibilidad de realizar las operaciones con el puente cargado
HEBESYSTEM
Das Hebesystem besteht aus zwei volumetrischen Wagenhebern, konstruiert mit polierten Zylindern und verchromten Zapfen.
Die Bewegung wird durch Fleyer-Ketten, die auf weiten Rollen laufen, auf die Fahrschienen übertragen.
Die mit selbstschmierenden Buchsen ausgestatteten Rollen laufen auf verchromten Bolzen.
Die Spannung jeder Kette wird durch einen Sicherheits-Laufstop kontrolliert, der die Hebebühne im Fall einer Entgleisung blockiert.
Jede Fahrschiene besitzt mechanische Sicherungen: Zum einen die über einen pneumatsichen oder elektrischen Servomotor angetriebene Parksicherung,
zum anderen die Kettenbruchsicherung.
Die zwei Wagenheber in den jeweiligen Säulen sind miteinander nur über öldynamische Rohre verbunden.
AUTOMATISCHE SYNCHRONISIERUNG AUF MAXIMALHÖHE
Die Betätigung des “Heben”-Knopfes erlaubt:
■ Hydraulische und mechanische Synchronisierung der Zylinder und der Fahrschienen

SYSTÈME DE LEVAGE
Le système de levage est constitué de deux crics volumétriques comprenant des cylindres polis et de tiges chromées.
Le mouvement est transmis aux chariots par des chaînes de type Flayer qui courent sur des poulies de grand diamètre.
Les poulies, munies de douilles autolubrifiées, tournent sur des axes chromés.
La tension de chaque chaîne est contrôlée par un mécanisme fin de course de sécurité qui bloque le pont en cas de désalignement.
Chaque chariot comprend deux crans d’arrêt mécaniques: un premier pour le stationnement est enclenché par un déclencheur pneumatique ou électrique, et un
second pour la sécurité est déclenché en cas de rupture.
Les deux crics, un par colonne, sont uniquement reliés entre eux par des tubes oléodynamiques.
ALIGNEMENT AUTOMATIQUE À LA HAUTEUR MAXIMALE
Une simple pression du bouton-poussoir de montée permet:
■ Alignement hydraulique et mécanique des cylindres et des chariots
■ Purge automatique du circuit d’air
■ Aucune intervention manuelle au niveau des raccords ou des clapets

IL SOLLEVATORE SI POSIZIONA AUTOMATICAMENTE IN SICUREZZA DOPO OGNI OPERAZIONE DI SALITA O
DISCESA. IL SISTEMA, GESTITO DALLA SCHEDA ELETTRONICA CONTROLLA LE SEGUENTI OPERAZIONI:
Dopo la manovra di salita, al rilascio del pulsante, i carrelli scendono automaticamente fino all’inserimento
della sicura.
Premendo il pulsante di discesa i carrelli salgono automaticamente, le sicure si aprono e quindi inizia la discesa.
Rilasciando il pulsante di discesa, i carrelli continuano a scendere automaticamente fino all’inserimento
delle sicure meccaniche.
AUTOMATIC SYSTEM FOR THE INSERTION OF SAFETY MECHANISMS
(AUTOMATIC BRAKING)
THE LIFT AUTOMATICALLY TAKES THE SAFETY POSITION AFTER EVERY RAISING OR LOWERING OPERATION. THE SYSTEM, MANAGED
BY THE ELECTRONIC BOARD, CONTROLS THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:
After the raising manoeuvre, when the button is released, the trucks automatically lower until the insertion of the safety mechanism.
Pressing the “lower” button the trucks automatically raise, the mechanisms open and the descent starts.
Releasing the lower button, the trucks still automatically lower until the insertion of the safety mechanisms.
SISTEMA AUTOMÁTICO DE INSERCIÓN DE LOS SEGUROS MECÁNICOS (APARCAMIENTO AUTOMÁTICO)
EL ELEVADOR SE POSICIONA AUTOMATICAMENTE EN SEGURIDAD LUEGO DE CADA OPERACIÓN DE SUBIDA O DE BAJADA. EL SISTEMA GESTIONADO
POR LA TARJETA ELECTRÓNICA CONTROLA LAS SIGUIENTES OPERACIONES:
Luego de la maniobra de ascenso, al soltar el botón, las carretillas bajan automáticamente hasta la inserción del seguro.
Oprimiendo el botón de descenso las carretillas suben automáticamente, los seguros se abren y por lo tanto inicia el descenso.
Soltando el botón de descenso, las carretillas continúan bajando automáticamente hasta la inserción de los seguros mecánicos.
AUTOMATISCHES BLOCKIERSYSTEM DER MECHANISCHEN SICHERUNGEN (PARKAUTOMATIK)
DIE HEBEBÜHNE NIMMT NACH JEDEM HEBE- ODER ABSENKVORGANG AUTOMATISCH DIE SICHERHEITSEINSTELLUNG EIN. DAS VON DER ELEKTRONISCHEN
KARTE GESTEUERTE SYSTEM KONTROLLIERT DIE FOLGENDEN AKTIONEN:
Nach Ende des Hebevorgangs senken sich die Fahrschienen beim Loslassen des Knopfes automatisch bis zum Einrasten der Sicherung ab.
Bei Betätigen des “Senken”-Knopfes heben sich die Fahrschienen automatisch an, die Sicherungen entriegeln sich und der Absenkvorgang wird in Gang
gesetzt.
Wird der “Senken”-Knopf losgelassen senken sich die Fahrschienen automatisch weiter bis zum Einrasten der mechanischen Sicherungen ab.

L’ÉLÉVATEUR SE POSITIONNE AUTOMATIQUEMENT EN SÉCURITÉ APRÈS CHAQUE OPÉRATION DE MONTÉE OU DE DESCENTE. LE SYSTÈME, GÉRÉ PAR CARTE
ÉLECTRONIQUE, CONTRÔLE LES OPÉRATIONS SUIVANTES:
Après la manœuvre de montée, au relâchement du bouton-poussoir, les chariots descendent automatiquement jusqu’à l’insertion du cran d’arrêt.
En appuyant sur le bouton de descente, les chariots montent automatiquement, les crans d’arrêt s’ouvrent et puis la descente commence.
En relâchant le bouton de descente, les chariots continuent à descendre automatiquement jusqu’à l’insertion des crans d’arrêt mécaniques.

ESCLUSIONE STAZIONAMENTO AUTOMATICO
Lo stazionamento automatico viene escluso automaticamente dal finecorsa FCE quando i carrelli sono
ad un’altezza inferiore all’ultimo punto di aggancio delle sicure. In questo modo è possibile posizionare
agevolmente i tamponi in gomma sotto la scocca del veicolo.
E’ possibile escludere l’automatismo anche premendo il pulsante giallo (PE) e contemporaneamente
salita o discesa. In questo caso il ponte sale o scende escludendo le sicure meccaniche.
Rilasciando il pulsante PE, il sistema ritorna in “stazionamento automatico” dopo circa 7 secondi.
EXCLUSION OF AUTOMATIC BRAKING
The automatic braking is automatically excluded by FCE limit switch when the trucks are lower that the last connection point of the safety mechanisms.
This way it is possible to easily position the rubber buffer under the body of the vehicle.
It is possible to exclude the automatism also pressing the yellow button (PE) and at the same time “raise” or “lower” button. In this case the lift rises
or lowers excluding the safety mechanisms.
Releasing the PE button, the system returns to “automatic braking” after about 7 seconds.
EXCLUSIÓN DE APARCAMIENTO AUTOMÁTICO
El aparcamiento automático es excluido automáticamente por el Fin de carrera FCE cuando las carretillas están a una altura inferior

Es posible excluir el sistema automático oprimiendo el botón amarillo (PE) y contemporáneamente subida o bajada.
En este caso el puente sube o baja excluyendo los seguros mecánicos.
Soltando el botón PE, el sistema retorna a “aparcamiento automático” después de 7 segundos.
AUSSCHALTUNG DER PARKAUTOMATIK
Die Parkautomatik wird automatisch durch den FCE-Laufstop außer Kraft gesetzt, sobald die Fahrschienen sich auf einer niedrigeren Höhe
als der unterste Sicherheitsriegel befinden. Dadurch können die Gummipuffer leicht unter dem Fahrzeugrahmen plaziert werden.
Das Automatiksystem kann durch gleichzeitiges Betätigen des gelben Knopfes (PE) und des “Heben”- oder “Senken”-Knopfes ausgeschaltet werden.
In diesem Fall hebt oder senkt sich die Hebebühne unter Ausschluss der mechanischen Sicherungen.
Sobald der PE-Knopf losgelassen wird kehrt das System nach 7 Sekunden automatisch in den “Parkautomatik”-Modus zurück.
EXCLUSION DU STATIONNEMENT AUTOMATIQUE
Le stationnement automatique est automatiquement exclu du mécanisme fin de course FCE lorsque les chariots se trouvent à une hauteur inférieure
au dernier point d’accrochage des crans d’arrêt. Ce mode permet de positionner facilement des tampons en caoutchouc sous la carrosserie du véhicule.
Le mode automatique peut également être exclu en appuyant simultanément sur le bouton jaune (PE) et sur Montée ou Descente.
Dans ce cas, le pont monte ou descend en excluant les crans d’arrêt automatiques.
En relâchant le bouton PE, le système revient au “stationnement automatique” après environ 7 secondes.

LIFTING ARMS
The “2 sides” four arms, with very wide connection points to the trucks, permit the lifting both of small vehicles and industrial vehicle and caravans.
The arms are equipped with protections for feet that are usable also as tool cases.

Los cuatros brazos con puntos de agarre a las carretillas muy largos, permiten el levantamiento de vehículos de pequeña dimensión como

Sicurezza bloccabracci
Di grandi dimensioni con settore dentato ampio e preciso con sblocco automatico a terra.
Barra anticollisione
Arresta la salita del ponte se urtata dal veicolo sollevato.
Sicurezza contro il disallineamento accidentale
In caso di arresto accidentale di uno dei due carrelli, un sistema elettrico ed idraulico arresta l’altro carrello dopo 1-2 cm.
Con la successiva manovra di salita, il ponte si riallineerà automaticamente.
ARMS SAFETY
Arms arresting mechanism
Big dimensions, wide and precise toothed area with automatic unblocking to the ground.
Anti-collision bar
It stops the raise of the lift if touched by the lifted vehicle.
Safety against accidental misalignment
In case of accidental stop of one of the two trucks, an electric and hydraulic system stops the other truck after 1-2 cm.
With the next raise manoeuvre, the lift will automatically realign.

Detiene el ascenso del puente si por colisión del vehículo elevado
Seguro contra el desalineamiento accidental
En caso de frenado accidental de una de las dos carretillas, un sistema eléctrico e hidráulico, frena la otra carretilla luego de 1-2 cm.
Con la próxima maniobra de subida, el puente se realinea automáticamente.

Entgleisungssicherung
Wird eine der beiden Fahrschienen ungewollt gebremst, stoppt ein elektrisches und hydraulisches System die andere Fahrschiene nach 1-2 cm.
Beim nächsten Hebevorgang richtet synchronisiert sich die Hebebühne automatisch wieder.

Barre anticollision
Stoppe la montée du pont en cas d’obstacle.
Sécurité contre le désalignement accidentel
En cas d’arrêt accidentel de l’un ou des deux chariots, un système électrique hydraulique stoppe l’autre chariot après 1-2 cm.
Lors de la prochaine manœuvre de montée, le pont sera réaligné automatiquement.
