Si trova nell’edificio che ospitava la redazione del Morning Post,
progettato da Charles Mewes e Arthur Davis. Non distante dalla

ROUGH LUXE HOTEL
Rough luxe, ovvero ‘grezzo’ ma elegante, che mette in risalto le
contraddizioni, le dissonanze, come originali pareti scrostate, per
un soggiorno lontano dalle solite camere d’albergo. Prenotate la
stanza 7, con la dormeuse viola del designer libanese Rabih Hage,
che ha curato anche il restyling dell’albergo ed è il titolare di una
famosa galleria in Sloane Street.

“Raw” but elegant, the Rough Luxe highlights contradictions
and dissonance, like the original peeling paint, unlike usual hotel
rooms. Book room 7, with the purple daybed by Lebanese designer
Rabih Hage, who oversaw the remodelling of the hotel and

SAVOY
Inaugurato nel 1889, è stato il primo hotel di lusso della Gran
Bretagna. Ha ospitato, tra gli altri Winston Churchill e George
Gershwin. Il sapiente restauro ha ridato smalto al suo fascino
storico, con splendide camere che hanno vista sul Tamigi e il
famoso Grill, oggi tempio dello chef stellato Gordon Ramsay,
