Il laboratorio e la manifattura nel nostro stabilimento ricerca e sviluppa capi ad alto contenuto tecnologico utilizzando i migliori tessuti tecnici come la fibra Aramidica, il Nomex, Kevlar, Xispal e Marlan. Rinforzi ed imbottiture studiate appositamente per garantire il massimo confort anche per i lavori con condizioni più estreme. Tessuto Aramidico Il tessuto aramidico è il materiale ideale per le protezioni. E’ ottima la sua resistenza al calore e all’abrasione. Tutti gli articoli sono certificati con livello 3 di calore da contatto per la movimentazione di oggetti caldi a 350° C per almeno 15”. NOMEX® La fibra NOMEX® presenta una resistenza stupefacente al calore e alla fiamma ed eccellenti caratteristiche di isolamento elettrico. Questa combinazione di proprietà la rende adatta a una vasta gamma di applicazioni. La fibra NOMEX® utilizzata per i nostri capi fornisce una protezione straordinaria alle alte temperature e garantisce allo stesso tempo un elevato comfort. KEVLAR® Il KEVLAR® ha rappresentato probabilmente lo sviluppo più importante a livello mondiale nel campo delle fibre sintetiche. La sua combinazione unica di caratteristiche - resistenza e rigidità sorprendenti, resistenza all’urto, elevato assorbimento delle vibrazioni e resistenza al calore e alla fiamma - ha permesso a progettisti e ingegneri di trovare soluzioni a problemi fino ad allora considerati oltre gli ambiti delle fibre organiche. Capable of withstanding high temperatures in accordance with safety regulations and international standards. The laboratory and manufacturing in our factory researches and develops high-tech garments using the best technical fabrics such as aramid fiber, Nomex, Kevlar, Xispal and Marlan. Reinforcements and specially designed padding for maximum comfort even for jobs with the most extreme conditions. Aramid Fabric The aramid fabric is the ideal material for guards. And its excellent resistance to heat and abrasion. All items are certified with Level 3 of contact heat for handling hot objects to 350° C for at least 15”. NOMEX ® The NOMEX ® has an amazing resistance to heat and flame and excellent electrical insulating characteristics. This combination of properties makes it suitable for a wide range of applications. The NOMEX ® fiber used for our leaders provides a unique protection to high temperatures and at the same time ensures a high comfort. KEVLAR ® The KEVLAR ® has been probably the most significant development worldwide in the field of synthetic fibers. Its unique combination of characteristics - amazing strength and rigidity, impact resistance, high absorption of vibration and resistance to heat and flame - has allowed designers and engineers to find solutions to problems hitherto considered beyond the scope of the organic fibers. 5
