Designed starting from traditional racing helmet safety requirements,
a truly professional helmet in visible carbon fibre.
Innovative helmet shell in hand-layered composite, combining separate
layers of carbon fiber and kevlar which are pressed/polymerized in a
vacuum autoclave under precisely controlled conditions.
The use of these innovative composite materials and production processes
allow a product of the highest level to be created, with lightness
and strength characteristics which are unique on the market.
The epoxy resins used are high quality, certified and homologated.

Tree. Fully hand-made, it is specially developed to assure a perfect balance
connected to the best comfort for both, rider and horse. As every single part
of the tree is submitted to a different charge and pressure, the tree is made
of different kinds of evaporated wood to guarantee, during the years, its performance
and crushproof. The front part of the tree (arch) is reinforced with
steinless steel, while side strips/twist are reinforced with a special alloy of aluminium
to guarantee the correct flexibility and a lightness you cannot compare
with any others. These peculiarities allow the riders to not make pressures on
the back horse’s muscles in order to preserve this important part of the horse,
improving performance of both, horse and rider.
CALFskin And BuTTs. All calfskin and butts are full grain and are submitted
to a special, long natural tanning process, along which are costantly greased
to give them the best softness and longlasting as well as to guarantee the best
grip to the riders’ legs. Any marks or difference in shades indicate the high
quality of the raw materials used.
PAneL. The panel, made of special synthetic rubbers, is integrated to the underflap,
and assure the closest contact between the rider and its horse. The
knee rolls, anathomic, give an optimal substain to the riders’ leg without compromize
its freedom of movement.
ConsTruCTion. All the single steps of the construction and the finishing are
fully hand made by skilled craftsmen. In order to guarantee the highest standard
of quality all single parts of the saddle are cut and assembled by hand in
the best saddlery tradition as, for example, the leather of the seat, which is fixed
to the tree with over than 150 nails hand-hammered. The nylon web which
holds the straps/billets is fixed to the tree with 16 screws, while the inside part
of the straps/billets is made of raw leather, giving the best safe to the rider.

The headstall is padded, while browband and noseband are leather lined

Il pettorale è caratterizzato da spallacci in cuoio (dotati di moschettoni per un
rapido fissaggio alla sella) con inserti in elastico e forcelle regolabili per una
migliore libertà di movimento e vestibilità del cavallo. La camarra è ampiamente
regolabile ed è dotata sia di mezz’anelli per agganciare accessori per
il lavoro (redini di ritorno, De Gogue...) che di moschettone nella parte finale
per un rapido fissaggio al sottopancia.

The breastplate has leather “V” breastchecks (with snaps at their ends for a
faster saddle fixing) with elastic inserts and adjustable running attachments
to allow a better fitting and freedom of movement to the horse.The adjustable
girth strap has “D” rings to fix working accessories (draw reins, De Gogue...)
and a snap for a faster girth fixing.
soTToPAnCiA GP1: imBoTTiTo Con eLAsTiCi.
Lo scafo in cuoio, foderato in gomma rivestita in morbida pelle, è stato sviluppato
per garantire una pressione uniforme su tutta la superficie del sottopancia.
Gli elastici, presenti su entrambi i lati, permettono una corretta
bilanciatura del sottopancia. Dotato di moschettone centrale per un rapido
fissaggio del pettorale, il sottopancia è completato da due mezz’anelli laterali
per agganciare eventuali accessori da lavoro.
GP1 PAdded: GirTh WiTh eLAsTiC.
The shell, made in hard leather and padded with rubber and soft leather, has
been developed in order to guarantee an uniform pressure on all girth’s surface.
The correct balance of the girth is allowed by elastics on both sides. The
girth is completed with a central snap for an easy breastplate fastner and
two side “D” rings to fix working accessories.

in acciaio, sono dotati di buchi numerati per un’ampia e facile regolazione

Made with full grain leather and with steinless steel buckles, they have a
wide and easy range of regulations due to the numbered holes. The laminated
soul allow the stirrup leather to not overlenght, keeping the original size
during the years.

GP1 hALTer. Made with strong english leather, is it reinforced with
triple leather on those points which are submitted to strong traction. It
has black nickel fittings while noseband and headstall are padded and
