D Eine kompromisslos qualitäts-, kunden- und mitarbeiterorientierte Werthaltung bildet das Erfolgsfundament
des Hamburger Unternehmens Chemische Fabrik Dr. Weigert, das zu den internationalen
Spitzenreitern im Bereich betrieblicher und medizintechnischer Hygienemaßnahmen zählt.
Eine Unternehmensphilosophie, die auch die Architektur des Firmenneubaus in Hamburg sowohl
nach innen wie nach außen transportieren sollte. Somit präsentieren sich die 2.000 m 2 Nutzfläche
des Neubaus als offene, anregend gestaltete Umgebung, die auf die Förderung von Kreativität und
Motivation durch anspruchsvolles Raumdesign vertraut. Neben einem sorgfältig aufeinander abgestimmten,
ganzheitlichen Architekturkonzept macht vor allem die Gebäudetechnik mit ihren individuell
steuerbaren Komponenten des Raumklimas, der Beleuchtung und der Akustik das Objekt für
die Büronutzer zu einem außergewöhnlich hochwertigen Arbeitsumfeld. Eine besondere Rolle spielt
hierbei die Akzent setzende Integration von Licht: eine helle, über alle vier Geschosshöhen verglaste
Halle mit einem 14m hohen Wasserfall als Blickfang und Klima-Regulator entfaltet zugleich als Galerie
für großformatige Graffitikunst ihre besondere Ästhetik. In den Innenflächen und Büroräumen
wird Licht in erster Linie als unterstützendes Element genützt, das die Wirkung von Konturen, Linien
und Flächen hervorhebt. Fast alle Leuchten sind flächenbündig angebracht, um die freie Raumsicht
nicht zu unterbrechen, als Teil eines gestalterischen Gesamtkonzepts, das auf Wirkung statt auf Objekthaftigkeit
setzt – nach innen gleichermaßen wie nach außen.
E An uncompromising quality, customer and employee-orientated principle forms the basis for
success of Hamburg-based company Chemische Fabrik Dr. Weigert, one of the world’s forerunners
in the area of operational and technical medical hygiene initiatives. A corporate philosophy that the
architecture of the company’s new building in Hamburg was also intended to convey, both inwardly
as well as outwardly. The 2,000 m 2 of usable floor space in the new build therefore presents itself as
an open, excitingly designed environment that adapts to the demands of creativity and motivation
through sophisticated spatial design. Apart from the carefully coordinated, harmonious architectural
concept, it is above all the building technology, with its individually controllable components
of indoor climate, illumination and acoustics, which makes the building a work environment of extraordinarily
high quality for the office users. The accentuating integration of light plays a particular
role in this: a bright atrium, glazed over all four storeys, with a 14m-high waterfall as any eye-catcher
and climate regulator also unfolds its special aesthetics as a gallery for large-scale graffiti art. Light
is primarily used as a supporting element on the internal surfaces and in the office spaces, and emphasises
the effect of contours, lines and surfaces. Almost all the luminaires are flush-mounted to
avoid interrupting the open view of the space, as part of an overall design concept that prefers effect
over objectuality – inwardly and outwardly alike.
I Una conservazione dei valori che non accetta compromessi, orientata alla qualità, ai clienti e ai
collaboratori: questa è la base su cui si fonda il successo dell’azienda Chemische Fabrik Dr. Weigert
di Amburgo, annoverata fra le imprese leader in ambito internazionale nel campo degli articoli
igienico-sanitari aziendali e medicali. Una filosofia aziendale che la stessa architettura della nuova
sede aziendale di Amburgo dovrebbe veicolare sia all’interno che all’esterno. I 2.000 mq di superficie
utile del nuovo edificio si presentano come uno spazio aperto, organizzato in modo stimolante,
che confida di incentivare la creatività e la motivazione con un design sofisticato dell’ambiente. Oltre
a un impianto architettonico coerente, dove ogni elemento è ben armonizzato con gli altri, sono soprattutto
i sistemi impiantistici di condizionamento, illuminazione e acustica, con i loro componenti
dotati di comando individuale, a rendere questo edificio uno straordinario ambiente di lavoro per gli
utenti. Un ruolo importante spetta al sistema illuminante, volto alla creazione di particolari effetti:
una luminosa hall vetrata, che si sviluppa a tutta altezza lungo tutti e quattro piani dell’edificio, con
una cascata d’acqua alta 14 m come elemento decorativo e come fattore di regolazione climatica,
dispiega allo stesso tempo il suo particolare fascino estetico come galleria per graffiti artistici di
grandi dimensioni. Nelle superfici interne e negli spazi adibiti a uffici la luce viene sfruttata in primo
luogo come elemento di supporto per sottolineare l’effetto di contorni, linee e superfici. Quasi tutte
le luci sono installate “a filo” per non interrompere la libera visuale dello spazio, come parte di un
concetto architettonico generale che punta sull’effetto piuttosto che sull’oggetto, verso l’interno allo
stesso modo che verso l’esterno.
