In Fluss gebracht wurde das Entstehen des Projekts durch den Fund einer wertvollen Thermalwasserader, aus der sich nun die neue Bedeutung eines alten, naturnahen Ortes speist. Unter der harmonischen Einbeziehung asiatischer Prinzipien in ein europäisches Umfeld kreierten Projektentwickler und Architekten ein Konzept, das nicht nur in umfassender Weise das Angebot des Thermen- und Hotelbetriebs prägt, sondern seine Umsetzung auch kongenial in Architektur und Design findet. Die konsequente Reduktion auf das Wesentliche, die Konzentration auf hochwertige Materialien, sowie ein funktionales und gestalterisches Konzept unter Beachtung von Feng Shui-Regeln ergeben ein ganzheitliches System, das ein ebenso authentisches wie eigenständiges Wellness- und Selfness-Gesamterlebnis bietet. Die Anlage des Asia Linsberg inmitten einer großzügig angelegten, entsprechend dem fernöstlichen Thema inspirierten Gartenlandschaft gliedert sich in zwei einander ergänzende Teilbereiche: die Therme mit einer Tageskapazität von max. 1200 Besuchern und ein 4-Sterne-Hotel mit ca. 240 Betten plus angeschlossenem Restaurant. Die im Sinne fernöstlicher Philosophien reduzierte Farben- und Formensprache setzt sich konsequent im Inneren der Objekte fort. Auch in den Gästezimmern stellt das umfassende Wellness-Thema des Wassers den Mittelpunkt des Raumes dar: das Badezimmer Ensemble ist offen im Raum integriert. E The extraordinary resort-project of Linsberg Asia set itself the demanding objective of bringing Far Eastern worlds of wellness into the idyllic region of Bucklige Welt in southern Lower Austria. The project was brought on stream through the discovery of a valuable thermal water vein, from which the new significance of an old place near to nature is now fed. By harmoniously incorporating Asian principles into a European environment, project developers and architects created a concept that not only extensively marks the offering of the spa and hotel operation, but also congenially finds its implementation in architecture and design. The consistent reduction to essentials, the focus on high-quality materials, as well as a functional and creative concept that takes into consideration the rules of Feng Shui, together produce an integrated system which offers an overall experience of wellness and selfness that is as authentic as it is unique. The Asia Linsberg complex, which stands in the middle of a large garden landscape that takes its inspiration from the Far Eastern theme, is arranged into two mutually supplemental sub-areas: The spa, with a maximum daily capacity of 1200 visitors, and a 4-star hotel with about 240 beds and neighbouring restaurant. The reduced use of colour and forms in the context of Far Eastern philosophies is continued consistently within the properties. In the guest rooms as well, the all-embracing wellness topic of water represents the focus of the space: The bathroom ensemble is integrated open-plan into the room. I Il singolare progetto per il resort Linsberg Asia si è posto l’obiettivo ambizioso di portare nella Bassa Austria, e più precisamente nella regione bucolica collinare chiamata Bucklige Welt, gli scenari wellness tipici dell’estremo oriente. La genesi del progetto risale al ritrovamento di una preziosa vena di acqua termale, con la quale un luogo antico e naturale si alimenta ora di nuovi significati. Introducendo armoniosamente i principi asiatici in un ambiente europeo, i progettisti hanno elaborato un progetto che oltre a caratterizzare l’intera offerta del centro alberghiero e termale, trova la sua congeniale attuazione nell’architettura e nel design. La coerente riduzione all’essenziale, l’impiego esclusivo di materiali pregiati e un’idea progettuale funzionale e creativa, che tra l’altro tiene conto delle regole Feng Shui, danno vita a un complesso unitario, che offre un’esperienza wellness e selfness totale, tanto autentica quanto originale. Il complesso dell’Asia Linsberg, immerso in un esteso parco d’ispirazione orientale, si articola in due blocchi che si integrano a vicenda: le terme, con una capacità giornaliera di 1200 visitatori, e un hotel 4 stelle con circa 240 letti e annesso ristorante. Il linguaggio cromatico e formale minimalista, in linea con le filosofie orientali, si ritrova anche all’interno della struttura.
