La linea PLATE è una linea di decori in
acciaio inox spazzolato e plexiglass studiati
appositamente per la personalizzazione
del progetto Ti•LED 2.0 a rivestimento.
I decori PLATE sono stati studiati in tre
misure S, L, XL per poter essere abbinati
a tutte le piastrelle Ti•LED 2.0 e possono
essere personalizzati scegliendo il colore
della lente in plexiglass (white, black,
violet) incastonata dietro la placca in
acciaio e la lente in plexiglass.
Il decoro PLATE deve essere posto in
posizione una volta che la parete è stata
piastrellata, stuccata e pulita, tramite un
apposito sticker biadesivo fornito insieme
al decoro.

The PLATE line is a line of decorative pieces in brushed stainless steel and
Plexiglas devised especially to customise the Ti•LED 2.0 wall covering project.
The decorative PLATE pieces are designed in three sizes S, L, XL to be combined
with all the tiles of Ti•LED 2.0 and can be customised, choosing the colour of the
lens in Plexiglas (white, black, violet) embedded behind the steel plate.
The PLATE decorative piece can be put in position once the wall has been
tiled, grouted and cleaned, using a special two-sided sticker supplied with the
decorative piece.

TRANSPARENT BLU BROWN RED
Posa
Ti•LED 2.0 può essere posato come una normale piastrella utilizzando i collanti tradizionali,
non è necessaria una preparazione preventiva del massetto, tuttavia l’installazione di questi
prodotti richiede l’intervento di personale specializzato.
Lo spessore di ingombro del sistema Ti•LED 2.0 nella parte sottostante alle piastrelle è di
poco superiore a 3 mm (compreso cavi e connettori) e i cavi possono essere immersi nella
colla.
Il massetto deve essere perfettamente liscio, nel caso in cui presenti convessità o grumi
di calcestruzzo, procedere con la raschiatura dello stesso nei punti in cui si andranno a
posizionare le piastrelle con LED. Si consiglia la doppia spalmatura del collante tramite
l’utilizzo di una spatola dentata di minimo 10x10 cm ad un’inclinazione di circa 45°.
Prima della posa si consiglia inoltre di collegare la fila di piastrelle in oggetto all’alimentatore
in modo da verificare il corretto funzionamento di tutti i LED. Si consiglia infine di togliere
l’adesivo che protegge il tappo in policarbonato solo dopo il lavaggio (acido) post posa.

I tappi sono disponibili in sette colori:

Sono intercambiabili e possono
facilmente essere sostituiti in
brevissimo tempo da chiunque.
Colours
The colour emitted by Ti•LED 2.0 depends on the colour of the
polycarbonate lens that protects it.
The caps are available in seven colours: TRANSPARENT, BLUE, BROWN,
RED, FUMÉ, FLUO, WHITE, VIOLET. They are interchangeable and can
be easily and quickly replaced by anyone.
Couleurs
La couleur diffusée par Ti•LED 2.0 dépend de la couleur de la lentille en
polycarbonate qui le protège.
Les lentilles sont disponibles en sept couleurs : TRANSPARENT, BLUE,

et facilement remplaçables en très peu de temps par quiconque.
Farben
Die farbe des Lichtes, das von Ti•LED 2.0 ausgestrahlt wird, hängt
von der farbe der Polycarbonat-Scheibe, die das Beleuchtungssystem

Laying
Ti•Led 2.0 can be laid in the same way as a normal tile using traditional adhesive; there is
no need to prepare the screed in advance, however these products need to be installed by
skilled personnel.
The overall thickness of the Ti•Led 2.0 system, in the part under the tiles, slightly exceeds 3
mm (including cables and connectors) and the cables can be sunk in the adhesive.
The screed must be perfectly smooth; if there are any convex parts or lumps of concrete,
scrape them flat in the points in which the tiles with LEDs are to be positioned. It is advisable
to apply a double coating of adhesive using a serrated trowel of minimum 10x10 cm with
angle of approximately 45°.
Before laying, it is advisable also to connect the wire of the tiles to the feeder to make sure
all the LEDs are working. Finally, it is advisable to remove the adhesive that protects the
polycarbonate cap only after washing (acid) at the end of laying.
Pose
Ti•Led 2.0 se pose comme du carrelage avec les colles traditionnelles. Le support n’a pas
besoin d’être préparé, mais ces produits doivent être posés par un professionnel.
L’épaisseur du système Ti•Led 2.0 sous le carreau dépasse légèrement les 3 mm (fils et
connecteurs compris) et les fils peuvent être noyés dans la colle.
Le support doit être parfaitement lisse. Racler les éventuelles difformités ou grumeaux de
béton avant de poser le carreau avec la led. Il est conseillé d’appliquer une double couche
de colle avec une spatule crantée de 10x10 cm minimum à une inclinaison de 45° environ.
Avant la pose, il est conseillé de vérifier le fonctionnement de toutes les LEDs en branchant la
rangée de carreaux à un alimentateur. Il est aussi conseillé d’enlever l’adhésif qui protège
la lentille en polycarbonate seulement après le nettoyage acide consécutif à la pose.
Verlegung
Ti•Led 2.0 kann wie eine normale Fliese verlegt werden, indem die üblichen Klebstoffe
verwendet werden. Eine Vorbereitung des Estrichs ist nicht notwendig, allerdings erfordert
die Installation dieser Produkte den Einsatz eines Fachmanns.
Die Einbaudicke des Ti•Led 2.0-Systems unterhalb der Fliesen beträgt kaum mehr als 3
mm (einschließlich Kabel und Verbinder) und die Kabel dürfen in den Klebstoff eingetaucht
werden.
Der Estrich muss komplett glatt sein. Falls Unebenheiten oder Betonklumpen vorhanden sein
sollten, den Estrich an den Stellen, an denen die Fliesen mit den LEDs angebracht werden
sollen, abschaben. Ein doppeltes Auftragen des Klebstoffs mithilfe eines mindestens 10x10cm
großen Zahnspachtels bei einer Neigung von ungefähr 45°C ist empfohlen.
Vor dem Verlegen ist es außerdem ratsam, die betroffene Fliesenreihe an das Netzteil
anzuschließen, um das korrekte Funktionieren aller LEDs zu überprüfen. Den Aufkleber
zum Schutz der Polycarbonat-Abdeckung sollte ausschließlich nach der (sauren) Reinigung
im Anschluss an die Verlegung entfernt werden.

Operational test before laying
The LEDs are to be connected in series according to the required
laying pattern. Make sure all the LEDs work efficiently before
starting to lay, by arranging and connecting the tiles Ti•LED 2.0
to simulate the “finished electrical circuit”. If the feeder has still
not been instalLED in its box, it can be connected temporarily to
a 220V voltage source (usually available on site).
Test de fonctionnement après la pose
Les LEDs doivent être branchées en série selon le schéma de
pose souhaité. Il faut vérifier le fonctionnement des LEDs avant
la pose en disposant et en branchant les carreaux Ti•LED 2.0
afin de simuler le « circuit électrique final ». Si l’alimentateur
n’est pas encore monté dans son logement, il peut être branché
provisoirement à un voltage de 220 V (disponible généralement
sur le chantier).

(üblicherweise an einer Baustelle verfügbare) 220V-Spannung
angeschlossen werden.

Manutenzione

Maintenance
The LEDS are maintenance free; if they break, the light can be replaced by unscrewing
the polycarbonate cap, taking the LED out and replacing it.
The cap too can be replaced at any time to change chromatic combinations.
Please note: if a light breaks, the electrical connection remains active so that the other
LEDs still work.
Entretien
Les LEDs ne requièrent pas d’entretien. En cas de rupture, la diode est remplaçable.
Pour ce faire, dévisser la lentille en polycarbonate, retirer la diode et la remplacer par
une neuve.
La lentille est aussi remplaçable à tout moment pour changer la couleur de la lumière.
N.B. : le branchement électrique ne s’interrompt pas à la suite de la rupture d’une diode
en permettant le fonctionnement des autres LEDs.

Collegamenti elettrici:
I LED devono essere collegati in
serie secondo lo schema elettrico
sotto riportato.
Le connessioni elettriche tra una
piastrella e l’altra devono essere
eseguite a regola d’arte in modo
da non compromettere il futuro
funzionamento del sistema. I cavetti,
provenienti da due piastrelle
adiacenti, devono essere collegati
tramite connettore.
Per prevenire fenomeni di
ossidazione, la connessione deve
essere coperta da un pezzo
di lunghezza 5 cm di guaina
termoretraibile opportunamente
riscaldata. Nel caso sia disponibile in
cantiere un elettricista specializzato
la connessione può anche essere
effettuata tramite saldatura dei
cavetti e protezione con guaina
termoretraibile.
I cavi elettrici devono essere poi
portati in una scatola a muro in cui
verranno posizionati gli alimentatori.
Questo tipo di alimentatore, che deve
essere posizionato a una distanza
massima di 40 m dall’ultimo LED,
non necessita di un sistema di
areazione o di raffreddamento.
Electrical connections:
The LEDs are to be connected in series according to the wiring diagram below.
The electrical connections between one tile and another shall be completed to perfection so as not to compromise
the future operation of the system. The cables, leading from two tiles set next to each other, are to be connected with a
connector.
To prevent oxidation, the connection must be covered with a 5 cm length of heat-shrink sheath heated appropriately.
If a skilLED electrician is available at the installation site, the connection can also be done by welding the cables and
protecting them with heat-shrink sheath.
The electrical cables must then be lead into a wall-mounted box in which the feeders will be instalLED.
This type of feeder, which is to be positioned at a maximum distance of 40 m from the last LED, requires no ventilation
or cooling system.
Branchements électriques:
Les LEDs doivent être branchées en série selon le schéma de pose reporté ci-dessous.
Les branchements électriques entre un carreau et l’autre doivent être effectués selon les règles de l’art de façon à ne
pas compromettre le futur fonctionnement du système. Les fils en provenance de deux carreaux adjacents doivent être
branchés avec un connecteur,
Afin de prévenir l’oxydation, la connexion doit être recouverte d’une gaine thermorétractable de 5 cm opportunément
chauffée. En absence d’un électricien spécialisé, le branchement peut aussi s’effectuer par la soudure des fils à protéger
ensuite avec une gaine thermorétractable.
Les fils électriques doivent ensuite être amenés à un boîtier mural où seront branchés les alimentateurs.
Ce type d’alimentateur, qui doit être placé à 40 m maximum de la dernière LED, n’a pas besoin d’être ventilé, ni refroidi.

Die LEDs müssen nach dem unten dargestellten Schaltplan in Reihe geschaltet werden.
Die elektrischen Anschlüsse zwischen zwei Fliesen müssen fachgerecht ausgeführt werden, um den künftigen Betrieb
des Systems nicht zu beeinträchtigen. Die von zwei aneinander liegenden Fliesen kommenden Drähte müssen mithilfe
eines Verbinders angeschlossen werden.
Um Oxidationserscheinungen zu vermeiden, muss der Anschluss mit einem 5 cm langen Stück Schrumpfschlauch
abgedeckt werden, der entsprechend erhitzt wurde. Sollte auf der Baustelle ein Fachelektriker zur Verfügung stehen,
kann der Anschluss auch durch Löten der Drähte und Schutz durch einen Schrumpfschlauch erfolgen.
Die Stromkabel müssen anschließend zu einem Einbaukasten geführt werden, in dem die Netzteile angebracht werden.
Diese Art von Netzteilen, die in einem Abstand von maximal 40 m von der letzten LED positioniert werden muss, erfordert
kein Belüftungs- oder Kühlungssystem.
