Griglia a gas realizzata in acciaino inox Aisi 304. Griglia di cottura reversibile in ghisa. Inclinata per cottura di carni grasse con elementi
da 4 mm in contatto e golosa per il deflusso dei grassi di cottura. Orizzontale per cottura di pesce e verdure con elementi a profilo
circolare diam. 10 mm. Alzatina paraspruzzi su tre lati, altezza 135 mm, in acciaio inosx Aisi 304. Canalina di raccolta grassi frontale,
facilmente estraibile per consentire la pulizia. Cassetto estraibile per la raccolta grassi di cottura e il contenimento dell'acqua, collocato
sotto gli elementi riscaldanti. L'acqua permette il raffreddamento dei grassi di cottura. L'evaporazione dell'acqua consente la cottura
delicata dei cibi. Comandi collocati sul pannello frontale fisso. Riscaldamento ottenuto con bruciatore in acciaio inox Aisi 304,
posizionato sotto la griglia di cottura, protetto dal diffusore in acciaio inox Aisi 316, facilmente asportabile per la pulizia. Regolazione del
riscaldamento tramite rubinetto di sicurezza con termocoppia e bruciatore pilota. Accenditore piezoelettrico. In dotazione raschiatore
per griglia di cottura. Apparecchiatura dotata di piedini regolabili in altezza in acciaio inox.
80 CM GAS GRILL
Gas grill in Aisi 304 stainless steel. Reversible cast-iron cooking
grille. Forward sloping for cooking fatty meats, with 4 mm
elements in direct contact and drip tray for collecting grease. Flat
for cooking fish and vegetables with circular 10 mm diameter
elements. 135 cm tall splashguard in Aisi 304 stainless steel on
three sides. Grease collection channel at front, easily removed for
cleaning. Removable drawer for collecting cooking fats or holding
water, positioned underneath the heating elements. The water
allows the cooking fats to cool. Evaporation of water ensures
grilled food will be tender. Controls positioned on fixed front
control panel. Heating by means of burner in Aisi 304 stainless
steel positioned under the grille, protected by the Aisi 316
stainless steel diffuser, easily removed for cleaning. Heat is
adjusted by means of a safety tap with thermocouple and a pilot
burner. Piezoelectric ignition. Scraper for grille supplied.
Appliance equipped with height adjustable feet in stainless steel.

Gasgrill aus Edelstahl Aisi 304. Beidseitig verwendbarer
Gusseisengrillrost. Geneigt für fettiges Fleisch mit 4 mm großen
Elementen in Kontakt und Fettableitung in Auffangrinne.
Waagrecht für Fisch und Gemüse, Elemente mit kreisrundem
Profil, Durchm. 10 mm. Spritzschutz auf drei Seiten, Höhe 135
mm, aus Edelstahl Aisi 304. Frontseitige Fettauffangrinne, zur
einfachen Reinigung mühelos ausziehbar. Ausziehbare
Fettauffang- und Wasserschale unter den Heizelementen.
Austropfendes Fett kühlt im Wasser sofort ab. Schonendes
Garen durch Wasserverdunstung. Bedienelemente an der festen
Frontblende. Beheizung durch Brenner aus Edelstahl Aisi 304
unter dem Grillrost, geschützt durch einen zur Reinigung leicht
abnehmbaren Diffusor aus Edelstahl Aisi 316.
Temperaturregelung über Sicherheitshahn mit Thermoelement
und Zündbrenner. Piezozünder. Inkl. Schaber für Grillrost. Gerät
mit höhenverstellbaren Edelstahlfüßen.
