L’impianto elettrico moderno sceglie FiloCP. 

L’esigenza di flessibilità, rapidità e sicurezza che un moderno impianto elettrico 

deve avere trova la giusta risposta in FILOCP, passerella a rete di nuova generazione. 

Le caratteristiche tecniche del prodotto e le varie soluzioni di protezione mirata, elettrozincata, zincata a freddo, 

smaltata blu o acciaio inox, ne permettono l’utilizzo anche in ambienti dalle condizioni molto severe. 

L’estrema flessibilità del sistema FILOCP esenta da rigidi vincoli progettuali. Tre le altezze di costa per otto 

larghezze di base così da mettere a disposizione degli addetti al lavoro ben diciannove soluzioni possibili, 

con sezioni utili da 3.300 mm 2 a 60.000 mm 2 . 

Alcuni degli indiscutibili vantaggi della passerella a rete FILOCP sono senz’altro dati dall’ottimo rapporto tra il peso (minimo) 

e la robustezza (elevata), che la rendono ideale per impieghi navali; la facilitazione della localizzazione e dell’ispezione

The extreme versatility of FILOCP System sets you free from rigid project limitations. Three heights and eight widths endow users with nineteen possible 

solutions, with useful sections ranging from 3,300 mm 2 to 60,000 mm 2 . Some of the undisputable advantages of FILOCP wire cable tray are definitely given 

by the minimum weight for a high sturdiness, making it an ideal product in shipbuilding; The possibility of a quick cable location and inspection is ensured

FILOCP è una passerella a rete originale perfetta per gli impianti elettrici di impianti industriali e simili perché a partire da un numero ridotto di componenti riesce a

Rivestimenti protettivi per ogni ambiente. 

Nell’impiantistica elettrica sono oggi utilizzati notevoli componenti metallici in acciaio zincato. 

Ciò accade perché lo zinco protegge l’acciaio; tuttavia esso si consuma con il passare del tempo ad una velocità che dipende da quanto è aggressiva l’atmosfera. 

La tabella che segue illustra proprio questo fenomeno, segnalando il tipo di accaio zincato consigliato a seconda delle caratteristiche dell’ambiente. 

Descrizioni dei trattamenti protettivi ai quali sono sottoposti i materiali usati per la produzione dei sistemi di canalizzazione e dei sistemi di sospensione: 

• Elettrozincatura. Si deposita un rivestimento di zinco sull’acciaio tramite un processo di elettrolisi. 

I materiali da rivestire con lo zinco fungono da catodi, mentre gli anodi sono di zinco. Il bagno è formato da soluzioni alcaline o acide.

a innesto rapido che permettono il fissaggio alla passerella semplicemente 

piegando le linguette appositamente predisposte. 

Questo permette di compiere le installazioni senza l’utilizzo di viteria 

e con un notevole risparmio di tempo. 

Canalplast launches the new “Quick Installation” series, the quick snap-on 

components that allow the coupling with the tray by simply bending the specific 

tongues. This means installations without screws and bolts and

Come tagliare i fili / How to cut the wires 

Si sconsiglia l’uso di seghe circolari per il taglio della passerella, poiché il taglio 

lascia sbavature e impedisce il trascinamento della copertura di zinco. 

Si consiglia invece il taglio mediante cesoia con lame asimmetriche (FCPCEL), 

in modo che uno strato protettivo di zinco sarà in parte trascinato sul taglio. 

We recommend not to use a disk saw for cutting the tray, as its cut would leave

Variazioni di piano / Changes of level 

Nel caso si presenti la necessità di una variazione del piano della 

passerella, non servono elementi aggiuntivi per poterla eseguire; 

si procede al taglio di pochi fili d’acciaio della stessa e alla piega 

secondo la forma più adatta. 

In case you need to make a level variation of the tray, 

you do not need any additional component, you just need to cut 

a few wires and then bend the other ones to suit your needs.
