II servizio di progettazione illuminotecnica GHIDINI
ILLUMINAZIONE rappresenta un’attività di fondamentale
supporto per tutti i progettisti e prescrittori. Partendo da un
Vostro progetto in 2D o preferibilmente in 3D, i nostri lighting
designers individuano gli apparecchi più adatti ai differenti
ambienti, tenendo conto della funzione illuminotecnica
richiesta. Dopo aver selezionato gli apparecchi, grazie all’
uso di alcuni fra i più avanzati software di settore, il nostro
ufficio sarà in grado di fornirVi rendering estremamente
realistici di ambienti in 3D e relativi calcoli illuminotecnici.
Lo sviluppo dell’ offerta sarà anche corredato da dettagliate
schede tecniche di prodotto. I software utilizzati sono: Dialux
per il calcolo illuminotecnico, Think design ed Autodesk 3d
Studio VIZ per i rendering fotografici.
The GHIDINI ILLUMINAZIONE technical lighting design
department provides fundamental services to all designers
and system engineers. Starting from a project in 2D, or
preferably 3D, our lighting designers identify the most
suitable fixtures for each area, bearing in mind the required
technical lighting function. After selecting the fixtures, our
offices exploits some of the most advanced software in the
sector to provide you with extremely realistic 3D renderings
and relative technical lighting calculations. Our offers will
also be accompanied by detailed product data sheets.
We use the following software: Dialux for technical lighting
calculations, Think design and Autodesk 3d Studio VIZ for
photographic renderings.

L’ufficio tecnico GHIDINI ILLUMINAZIONE si sviluppa su una
superficie quadrata di circa 85 mq; è dotato di 3 stazioni
per la progettazione CAD bidimensionale e tridimensionale.
Tutti i processi di sviluppo di ogni prodotto hanno origine
all’interno dell’ufficio tecnico. L’alto livello di tecnologia dei
software utilizzati facilita l’ interfacciarsi ai più diffusi sistemi
di progettazione.
GHIDINI ILLUMINAZIONE technical office covers an area of
about 85 sq.m; it is equipped with 3 CAD working stations
for two-dimensional and three-dimensional designing.
Technical dept. takes care about each product development
process. The high technological level of the design software
is such that it is preset to interface with the majority of
design systems.

GHIDINI ILLUMINAZIONE dispone di un laboratorio interno
attrezzato con i più moderni sistemi per l’esecuzione delle
prove per gli apparecchi di illuminazione rientranti nelle
tipologie prodotte, in conformità agli standard normativi
europei (EN 60598-1). Il laboratorio è suddiviso in tre diversi
locali fra di loro adiacenti: un locale riservato alla prova
umidità e tenuta dell’acqua; un locale opportunamente
termoisolato e termoregolato, per eseguire le prove di
durata; infine il locale principale climatizzato, destinato alle
prove di riscaldamento e a tutte le altre prove previste dalla
normativa. Nel laboratorio è possibile eseguire anche le
prove di resistenza all’urto meccanico, al fine di stabilire il
“codice IK” degli apparecchi di illuminazione. Il laboratorio è
gestito e coordinato da personale facente parte del comitato
tecnico-normativo per gli apparecchi di illuminazione (CEI
34-D).
GHIDINI ILLUMINAZIONE has its own internal laboratory,
equipped with the most modern systems for testing lighting
equipment depending on the type of product requirements
and in compliance with standard European legislation (EN
60598-1). The laboratory is subdivided into three different
adjacent areas: one area set aside for humidity and water
sealing tests; a zone appropriately thermo-insulated and
regulated to carry out duration tests and then the main airconditioned
area, for the heating tests and all the other tests
required by legislation. In the laboratory it is also possible to
carry out the mechanical impact strength tests in order to
establish the “IK Code” of the lighting equipment.
The laboratory is run and coordinated by personnel part of
the technical-normative board for lighting equipment (CEI
34-D).

completo interno. Il processo produttivo ha origine nel
reparto fonderia. La produzione si sviluppa attraverso
diverse fasi: stampaggio con impianti di pressofusione,
lavorazioni meccaniche e verniciatura.
GHIDINI ILLUMINAZIONE is equipped with a complete
internal production plant. The production process starts
from the foundry. Production develops moving through
different phases: presswork with die-casting equipment,
machining and coating.

Durante il montaggio dei prodotti GHIDINI vengono
rispettate le disposizioni CEI 34-21 e EN 60538-1. La
marcatura CE applicata su ogni articolo GHIDINI testimonia
la conformità alle Direttive Europee inerenti la compatibilità
elettromagnetica e la sicurezza dei prodotti. Nel maggio
del 1995, GHIDINI Illuminazione ottiene la certificazione
del proprio Sistema di Qualità, in linea con la Normativa
Internazionale UNI EN ISO 9002, da parte del CSQ (Ente
italiano per la Certificazione dei Sistemi di Qualità) e di
IQNET (organismo Internazionale per i Sistemi di Qualità).
Particolarmente sensibile ai temi in merito alla salvaguardia
della natura, nel 2002 GHIDINI Illuminazione ottiene anche
la certificazione ambientale, in linea con la normativa
europea UNI EN ISO 14001/1996. Queste certificazioni
confermano la validità delle scelte e della politica aziendale,
volta alla diffusione di una cultura d’impresa sempre più
attenta ai problemi ambientali. Rinnovando la certificazione
del proprio Sistema di Qualità con la nuova normativa ISO
9001:2000, la GHIDINI Illuminazione conferma il proprio
impegno nel proseguire progetti di miglioramento continuo
in ogni campo della propria attività, a favore di un costante
rispetto dell’ambiente e di una maggiore soddisfazione dei
propri clienti.
During assembly of the GHIDINI products the CEI 34-
21 and EN 60538-1 regulations are complied with. The
CE marking applied on each GHIDINI article testifies
the conformity to the European Derives regarding the
electromagnetic compatibility and safety of the products. In
May 1995, GHIDINI Illuminazione received its Quality System
certification, in compliance with the International Regulations
UNI EN ISO 9002, on the part of CSQ (Italian Institute for the
Certification of Quality Systems) and IQNET (International
Organisation for Quality Systems). Particularly aware of
subjects regarding safeguarding nature, in 2002 GHIDINI
Illuminazione was awarded the environmental certification, in
line with the European regulations UNI EN ISO 14001/1996.
These certifications confirm the validity of the choices and
company policy, addressed at the diffusion of a company
culture which pays careful attention to the environment. By
renewing the certification of its Quality System to the new
ISO 9001:2000 regulations, GHIDINI Illuminazione confirms
its engagement to continue to improve its projects in every
field of its activity, in favour of constant respect of the
environment and greater satisfaction of its customers.

Rappresenta i valori di intensità luminosa riferiti a 1000
Lumen, su due piani ortogonali tra loro. Il valore dell’intensità
luminosa lo si ottiene moltiplicando il valore riportato
nel diagramma cd/klm per il flusso luminoso totale della
lampada impiegata.
Represents the light intensity values relevant to 1000
Lumen, on two orthogonal planes. The value of the luminous
intensity can be obtained multiplying the value on the chart
cd/klm and the total luminous flux of the lamp used.
