Tacto 2.0 è l’evoluzione della nostra macchina Tacto. È stata
progettata per rispondere alle richieste di <strong>for</strong>nitura on-demand
di maschi per il rilievo Braille. Attingendo direttamente ai file
grafici Tacto 2.0 produce in tempi brevissimi i maschi da montare
in fustella oppure i maschi per il sistema Accubraille® Bobst.
La macchina può essere anche programmata direttamente
utilizzando l’interfaccia grafica del software macchina.
Tacto può produrre maschi Braille da una a sei righe. Il posizionamento
ed il passo relativo dei punti è completamente programmabile ed il
testo Braille può essere orientato verticalmente o orizzontalmente.
Tutte le operazioni di taglio e punzonatura vengono svolte da una
pressa elettrica ad alta efficienza. Ogni singola parte di Tacto
è stata pensata per poter ottenere una macchina che possa
essere utilizzata in un ambiente di tipo ufficio.
Tacto 2.0 utilizza delle cartucce intercambiabili, in questo modo
la <strong>for</strong>ma e la sezione del punto Braille in rilievo possono essere
variate senza alcun problema.

Tacto 2.0 is the natural evolution of our Tacto <strong>machine</strong>, specifically
developed to respond to the increasing quality demand
of the diemaker needing an al<strong>most</strong> immediate availability
of male embossing tools <strong>for</strong> Braille and/or Accubraille®.
Getting data from CAD software Tacto 2.0 can produce in
a very short time the male tools which will be installed into a
cutting die or Accubraillle® male tools. <strong>The</strong> <strong>machine</strong> can also be programmed
directly with the use of an user-friendly graphic interface.
Tacto 2.0 is using precut steel stripes to produce embossing tools from one to six text lines. Tacto 2.0 can use
different Braille fonts and the position of the embossing dots and its pitch can be fully defined by the software.
Braille text can be positioned horizontally or vertically.
All the punching/cutting operations are per<strong>for</strong>med by a high efficiency electric press. <strong>The</strong> whole <strong>machine</strong> structure
has been conceived to create a device that can be also used in an office environment.
Tacto 2.0 uses a set of interchangeable cartridges. This way the section and shape of the dot in the male tool can
be varied without any problem.
