Un benvenuto a tutti coloro che arrivano
sull’isola. Una gemma preziosa,
un posto dove tutto si dimentica
tranne il piacere di vivere, un’isola
che trasporta lontano grazie ai suoi angoli suggestivie,
le bellezze multiformi, la sua storia, l’arte
e la gente.
Questo è un luogo in cui la cultura dell’ospitalità
è da sempre il fiore all’occhiello di una tradizione
antica che deve continuare ad essere al livello della
bellezza della natura che questa terra offre.
Capri dispone di servizi turistici ampi e diversificati
che possono soddisfare le più svariate esigenze,
ma devono essere costantemente migliorati
per accogliere adeguatamente ogni turista che arriva
a Capri. È in quest’ottica che chi gestisce un
albergo deve saper progettare e creare la qualità
della propria offerta, misurarla e controllarla.
La cultura dell’ospitalità è fatta anche di sinergie
tra le associazioni degli albergatori, dei commercianti,
e le amministrazioni comunali, sinergie
che stiamo cercando di mettere a frutto per offrire
sempre più un turismo di qualità “differente”.
Un’attenzione particolare alla salvaguardia dell’ambiente,
un’offerta culturale diversificata, delle
iniziative promozionali per lo shopping sono
solo alcuni degli obiettivi che ci siamo prefissati
di realizzare per continuare a garantire quell’ospitalità
che ha reso l’isola famosa nel mondo.

Ahearty welcome to all those
arriving on the island of Capri,
a precious gem, a place where
all cares are forgotten and only
life’s pleasures remain; an island
whose evocative corners, variegated
beauty, history, art, and people
transport visitors to another world.
Capri is a place with a culture of
hospitality that has always been the
pride of a centuries-old tradition,
one that must continue to serve
the beauty of this island’s natural
setting.
And although Capri is splendidly
equipped to meet tourists’ every
possible need, its services must be
constantly fine-tuned, in order for
every visitor to the island to have
the welcome he or she personally
requires. This is the spirit with
which our hotel owners should
strive for, calibrate, control, and
ensure the quality they wish to
provide their guests.
A culture of hospitality is further
enhanced by a synergy between
hotel owners’ associations, trades
people, and the local government
bodies – a synergy we are trying
to maximize in order to sustain a
tourist industry that is a cut above
the others. This involves protecting
the environment, offering a variety
of cultural activities, and promoting
the resort’s shopping potential; and
these are only a few of the aims
we have set ourselves, in order to
ensure that Capri will continue to
be in a position to guarantee that
hospitality for which the island is
renowned all over the world.
