permette una maggiore libertà della macchina da presa
ed elimina tutti gli inconvenienti che ostacolavano le
riprese in ambiente naturale. Esteticamente, d’altronde,
gli episodi di Godard e Rouch propongono nuove forme,
assolutamente impensabili in 35mm. Quel che conta è
dotarci dei mezzi per fare film con più facilità e con costi
minori. […]. Non ci si può attenere alla “politica del
rischio”. Un film d’autore da 50 milioni è ancora troppo
caro. Soluzione: ridurre il prezzo e aumentare la quantità
dei film prodotti. Così il successo di un solo film
potrebbe recuperare le spese di quattro. E comunque un
buon film, se ha costi minimi, sempre di più trova un suo
