e tocchiamo come immutabili.
Tuttavia, questi materiali
fatti di pietra o di metallo
potrebbero rivelare, almeno a
livello potenziale, una loro
mobilità e mutevolezza. Se a
un certo punto questi oggetti
cominciassero a muoversi
tutto intorno e a comunicare, il
mondo che si credeva immutabile
cambierebbe completamente,
e lo stesso accadrebbe
alla mente e alla coscienza
della gente. Cambiare continuamente
punto di vista musica/music: Planet 3
potrebbe produrre un effetto durata/running time: 3’
molto simile. Ogni volta che origine/country: Giappone 1996
creo un’opera di arte visiva,
sono questi i sentimenti e gli

BIOGRAFIA
Nakanishi Yoshihisa (Tokyo, 1965) si è laureato all’Art
College di Musashino. Lavora su illustrazioni, oggetti,
installazioni, design. Dal 1992 si occupa della direzione
artistica della rivista di cultura di strada “Rojyo”. Dal
1993 produce eventi artistici collaborando con altri gruppi
artistici. Tra i suoi lavori visuali: Flying Off (1988), Battle
Town (1988), Metro Coaster (1991), Zone (1995), Crossing
(1996), Roundscape (1997), Carve Man (1998).

“Generally speaking, we tend to
feel that the objects we see and
touch are immutable in our
world. However, these materials
which are made of stone or metals
might have potential to tell
these intention or to move. If
once these objects started moving
around and communicating,
the world supposed to be
immutable will be changed and
at the same time people’s mind
and consciousness will be also
changed. Changing the view
point might be close to these
things. Whenever I create visual
works, I am hoping to express
these feelings through my

BIOGRAPHY
Nakanishi Yoshihisa (Tokyo, 1965) graduated from Musashino
Art College. He has continued creating works free of any kind
of expressive forms. He also works on illustrations, objects,
installations and design. In 1992, he began editing and working
as art director of the street culture magazine “Rojyo”. Since
1993 he has been producing live events in collaboration with
other artistic groups. Selected visual works: Flying Off (1988),
Battle Town (1988), Metro Coaster (1991), Zone (1995),
Crossing (1996), Roundscape Mix (1997), Carve Man
(1998).
