Nel 2005 sono stati realizzati gli
investimenti nel reparto di produzione
delle palette turbina del turbogas
(“palette calde”) raggiungendo
la capacità produttiva ipotizzata
nel piano.
Il consuntivo 2005 di 9000 palette
consegnate, oltre ad essere il raggiungimento
di un obiettivo di volume,
rappresenta il consolidamento
dell’ area produttiva in termini di:
- tempi e metodi
- risorse
- attrezzamento
- impianti
rendendola adeguata alla realizzazione
di nuovi prodotti crescenti
nelle dimensioni e nella complessità
delle lavorazioni.
Il 2006 ci vedrà impegnati nella
qualifica e nella produzione delle
palette della 94.3.A.4 riducendone
sensibilmente il decentramento. La
foto allegata rappresenta il primo
stadio fisso recentemente completato
nelle lavorazioni di meccaniche.

(“hot blading”) to achieve the
production capacity target set.
The 2005 total of 9,000 blades

in such a way as to make it
possible to manufacture new
products of increasing size and
complexity.
In 2006 we will be focusing on
the qualification and production
of 94.3.A.4 blades that achieve a
significant reduction in
decentring. The photograph
shows the first fixed stage after
completion of machining.
