The regimen governing the connection between the auxiliary morphemes of one<br />

word and the lexical morphemes of another generally does not possess a very<br />

high degree of interdiction.<br />

3.2. Another type of rule is aimed at achieving the maximum effect within<br />

a given system. These rules can be divided into two groups.<br />

3.2.1. Rules of a general nature, i.e., general organizational principles for<br />
