3.1 Anwendungsbereiche Heizbänder M Application of M Band Heaters Domaines d’application des colliers chauffants M Campi d’applicazione resistenze a nastro M Heizbänder vom Typ M ermöglichen eine neue weitergehende Beheizung Ihres Zylinders bis zu maximalen Einsatztemperaturen von 450°C. Sie bieten durch ihre ausreichenden Leistungsreserven umfangreiche Einsatzmöglichkeiten für den Spritzgieß- und Extrusionsbereich. Sie können aber auch im Werkzeugbereich an Zentrierköpfen, Flanschen und in Bereichen mit begrenzten Platzverhältnissen verwendet werden. Auch bei geringeren Leistungsdichten lassen sich, z.B. im Spritzgießbereich, durch die guten thermischen Eigenschaften dieser Heizbänder hohe Einsatztemperaturen erzielen. Jedes technisch mögliche Heizband kann nach Zeichnung oder Muster gefertigt werden.
