Meccanismo estraibile per portare a livello del piano di lavoro un mobile ( mobili per ufficio, cucine ecc. ), elettrodomestici
di piccolo ingombro, affettatrici, macchine da scrivere. Il funzionamento del piano avviene per estrazione, il
movimento verso l’alto viene facilitato dalle molle di tensione. Il bloccaggio avviene automaticamente, per sbloccare è
sufficiente sollevare il piano verso l’alto.

piece of furniture ( office, kitchen furniture and so on ). The top works by being pulled out. Tension springs make the movement upwards
easier. Locking takes places automatically. In order to release the device it is enough to raise the top upwards.

Istruzioni di montaggio:
Le guide telescopiche in tubo quadro zincato vengono fissate ai fianchi del
mobile all’altezza desiderata. Si agganciano le due guide ricurve posteriori fissandole
ai fianchi del mobile alla distanza E. Le tre parti che formano il piano
vengono unite con normale cerniera a nastro ( esclusa dalla fornitura ) ed a
ciascuna di esse si applica la rotella in plastica come indicato in figura ( due coppie
in PVC morbido nella parte anteriore ). Due squadrette di regolazione consentono
il fissaggio del frontalino ed assicurano un collegamento regolabile fra i due tubi telescopici ed il piano. Eventuali
imprecisioni di montaggio delle due guide si compensano agendo sulle squadrette del frontalino.
La fornitura include: n. 2 guide telescopiche di fissaggio Dx e Sx; n. 2 vie di corsa ricurve; n. 2 squadrette regolabili; n. 6
rotelle in PVC.
Assembly instructions:
Secure the telescope-like square pipe guides to the cabinet side at any height you wish. The two round guides must be fastened to the cabinet’s
side at a distance E. The three parts which make up the table top can be tied togheter by a simple strap hinge ( not included ) to
which to attach the plastic rollers as shown in the illustration ( two soft PVC pairing on the front part ).
Two small adjustment squares serve the double purpose of fastening the front and to insure an adjustable link between the telescope like
pipes and the top. Any loose fitting in guides installment can be eliminated by operating on the squares on the front piece.
The shipment includes: 2 fastening telescope like guides Dx and Sx, 2 adjustment squares, 6 PVC rollers.

Istruzioni di assemblaggio:
Le 2 guide telescopiche in tubo quadro zincato ( Dx Sx ) vengono fissate ai fianchi del mobile all’altezza desiderata. Si pratica un
foro da 8 mm sull’asse di mezzaria al di sotto del piano posteriore (C) a 10 mm dal bordo anteriore ( vedi sezione A B ). Sotto ai 2
ripiani C vengono montati il dispositivo di centratura, l’asta di trazione, i due dispositivi di sollevamento ed i due supporti con
rotella in plastica. Due squadrette consentono il fissaggio del frontalino e nello stesso tempo permettono un collegamento regolabile
fra le guide telescopiche ed il piano in legno.
Ogni fornitura è composta da: n. 2 guide telescopiche zincate con piastra di fissaggio; n.1 dispositivo di centraggio; n.1 asta di trazione;
n. 2 dispositivi di sollevamento; n.1 coppia di rotelle; n. 2 squadrette di regolazione.
Assembly instructions:
Secure the two telescope-like zink plated square pipe guides to the cabinet side at any height you wish.
Just make an 8 mm hole on the middle axis below the back shelf ( C ) at 10 mm from the front edge ( see A B section ). Install below the shelves C the
centering device, the drawbar, the two hoisting devices and the two roller mounted supports. Two small squares play the double function of fastening the
front panel and of providing an adjustable link between the telescope like guides and the wooden shelf.
The package includes: 2 telescope like zinc plated guides with a fastening plate, 1 centering device, 1 drawbar, 2 hoister, 1 pair of rollers and 2 adjustment
squares.
